Direct cash Settlement goes straight to your bank account when you sell your shares, it is CSCS that pays you and not your Stockbroker

If you don't have DCS, the fund will go to your Stockbroker and you can initiate the withdrawal of your fund from the Stockbroker 72 hours after the sale of the sharez

I'm the one divinely designated to collate names of GTCO dividend tithe offerings. As a leader who leads by example, I have therefore put forth my own contribution.

Make yours available as I go round with the offering basin grin

We are pleased to announce that the Dangote Cement PLC (“Dangote Cement”, “DCP” or the “Issuer”) Series 2 Bond offer of up to NGN50 billion Tranche A, B and C 5, 7 and 10-year Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Bonds, under its NGN300 billion Debt Issuance Programme is NOW OPEN and scheduled to close Monday, 11 April 2022.

Dangote Cement is Sub-Saharan Africa’s leading cement producer, with a combined capacity of 51.55Mta across the continent (35.25Mta in Nigeria). It operates a fully integrated “quarry-to-customer” business with activities covering manufacturing, sales and distribution of cement. Through its investments, the Issuer has eliminated Nigerias dependence on imported cement and has transformed the nation into an exporter of cement, serving neighbouring countries.

DCP has consistently reported robust operating and net profit margins compared to its peers in Sub-Saharan Africa and other jurisdictions. The Issuer also has a strong track record in the debt capital markets in Nigeria, having successfully issued an aggregate of NGN491 billion and NGN150 billion in Commercial Papers and Bonds respectively. The Issuer plans to utilize the net proceeds from the Series 2 bond issuance to fund expansion projects, refinance existing short-term debt, and for working capital requirements.

The price guidance for the Series 2 bonds are 11.35% – 11.85%, 11.85% – 12.35% and 12.50% – 13.00% for the Tranche A, B and C bonds respectively.

Yes, CSCS pays directly into the client account, but it is T+3.

In reality, Trades are not settled with 24hrs after execution.

I use DCS for Stanbic IBTC Stockbroker account, which is devoted for bond Investments on NGX.

Was surprised the fund dropped into my account before 72 hours.

Will find out the settlement duration for bonds bought on NGX

I collected Zenith, UBA and now GTCO dividends (Thanks to Trove).
Now I see what you all are doing enjoying. Thanks to the Ogas.
The stress of filing forms to get my UCAP (from Meristem) is why I haven’t received that.

Please did you later rectify this problem. Since I bought the shares, I haven’t even bothered to check till last week and I I have been unable to even login to PrimaryOffer application

Yes I did… I sent a mail to chapel hill denham
The stockbroker responsible for the whole thing and after a back and forth (professionally done)
They sent me a mail that contained my login information to their trading center

So I’m able to monitor and even buy other shares there

NSE manages many indices. One of them is the All Share Index, a broad index tracking the market movement of all listed companies. Other key indices are the Premium Index, tracking the performance of big companies that adhere to stringent governance criteria, and the NSE Top 30, tracking the top 30 companies in terms of market capitalization and liquidity. NSE also manages indices that reflect the performance of different sectors and industries such as Banking, Oil and Gas.
Thank you very very much.

I got uba but veritas representing zenith bank is being fishy.. claimed my brokers haven't processed my purchase via cscs so I sent my cscs statement.
Claimed I haven't submitted edividend mandate form which was sent through my bank over a month ago so I sent the copy.
Still haven't received my dividend for zenith.
But their statement now is that my request is in process ...

Should be the bank. Access bank with their issues. Got credited this evening.

I don't really think it's the confirmation of Presidential candidate for APC or PDP that will cause a downwards re-pricing. But rather further breakdown of law and order beyond what we are currently experiencing. There are more chances the atmosphere will improve.

Pls how long does it take to move account from non active house to an active house. It is now a month and two weeks since I requested for it from my active broker. And I keep getting we are on it and will revert to you soon as response
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by debeey87(m): 11:46pm On Apr 08, 2022
A strategy that was suggested here many moons ago is to buy afolabi units of stocks you might be interested in for the future, process the dividend mandates as well. That way when you buy the trailer load at a future date, you don't have to worry about not getting paid your dividend.

Also, always leave some qty when you decide to offload your kaya to the next buyer so you don't have to repeat the process all over again.

You think they dont know what they are doing? If they want, they can make it automatic from the moment you buy ur shares the registrars already have all details including accounts. But they wont.

I never filled or submitted any e-dividend forms, yet, Cutix credited my account in the last dividend payout. I bought through Morgan Capital grin

Good morning to the Bosses in the house,
Is there any way someone can recover a share with just the dividend letter?
It is actually a 2400 unit of shares my dad bought around 2003 or there about,
I think the broker is first bank securities

The final destination of total automation of investors dividend payment started last year and it's Yielding fruits.
We are waiting for all registrars to comply.

Please If you have not submitted your update and kyc to your stockbroker do so otherwise you will not enjoy the service.

Also make sure the name arrangement on your BVN is the same as the name you opened your stockbroking account with.

Getting your dividend on company's payment date always feels good.
