gidado14: So you are still not ashamed of saying that Aisha was older than Muhammad at the time of their marriage? Was it not a pagan that corrected you that that was Khadijah? Look, Islam is a cursed religion which only ignorant people who enjoy being enslaved accept. Ignorant barbaric medieval people. 2 Likes |

gidado14: Why the F should I bother with a muslim who doesnt know the difference between Aisha and Khadijah. Please go to school and come back in five years time, I might consider. In the meantime, try avoid striking your head on the ground, it might further reduce your already poverty stricken intellect. 1 Like |

Empiree:No shaykh empiree I don't agree with this, firstly the major characteristic is that it has to be just, why is it that most people (esp.muslims) get away with blasphemy of other religions except for Islam or is the law applicable only to Islam , secondly is that if this guy is a son of a powerful politician the highest that can happen is to tender an apology it would never come to this. I am not saying that blasphemy is good or should be encouraged, but Nigeria is a nation of multiple religion and all these religion must be respected if we are to be just. I will say this is pure oppression, go and check El-Rufai tweet about Jesus (as) it is such an unfortunate comment he made there using a whole prophet as an item of joke this is not the type of law true Muslims should encourage. |
Re: Mubarak Bala, Pleads Guilty To Blasphemy, sentenced to 24 years imprisonment by Ken4Christ: 11:09pm On Apr 07, 2022 |
1Sharon: It is also scriptural. The psalmist said; Psalms 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. When you celebrate your birthday, it helps to number your days. Besides, the scripture says; 1st Corinthians 10:31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or WHATSOEVER YE DO, DO ALL TO THE GLORY OF GOD. So, as long as I celebrate my birthday to the glory of God, it is acceptable. 1 Like |

littleguy444:oh well blasphemy law only applies to to Muslims. My understanding is, alleged blasphemy was committed whilst he was Muslim and later renounced Islam. I was not there and I can't be sure of this but it was what I read. He renounced to escape justice but I guess it didn't work that way. Second, he could have been let go but over sabi nonmuslims in the name of human rights made it worse. Third, unfortunately, whether we are satisfied with a system or not, once it is signed into law it becomes law. We no longer have personal opinion again. We can only plea for leniency which is what human rights should have done but instead they were confrontational. This further implicated the guy. As for Rufai's tweet, I learning about that from you right now. If that's true, unfortunately nothing can be done about that because Christians that supposed to uphold their biblical laws have shamelessly abandoned it. Jesus is theirs as they claimed. It is not in Sharia constitution in Nigeria to punish blasphemy against other religions. Other religions have to strive to implement their religious laws but they won't. They chose democracy. Finally, I don't believe for once that a Muslim would blaspheme Jesus. You and I know this is even against ISLAMIC principles itself considering status of Jesus in Islam. Maybe his post was a kind jest like during debate in interfaith dialogue such as quoting certain verses that ridicule RELIGIOUS figure. This may not fall under blasphemy as far asi know. So my understanding is there have been several nonmuslims in this same situation but they were not prosecuted. |

Re: Mubarak Bala, Pleads Guilty To Blasphemy, sentenced to 24 years imprisonment by Ken4Christ: 8:13am On Apr 08, 2022 |
1Sharon: I hope you went to school? I know it didn't say mark your birthday but it said, number your days. And marking our birthdays is one way to number our days or have a time line of events in our lives. This is common sense. Besides, I said as long as what you do is done to God's glory, it's acceptable. God doesn't have to tell you everything you need to do in your life just as he doesn't tell you which food to eat or dress to put on. People also mark their wedding anniversaries. Is there anywhere in the Bible where they marked it? Or, will you say it is wrong to mark your wedding anniversary because it's not in the Bible. Man has been given the freewill to do what he wants to do as long as it does not violate moral principles or infringe on the right of someone else. |

PAGAN9JA: Yes, pagan gods exist. Even the Bible acknowledges they exist but they are dumb gods. They are powerless relative to the power of God. And they do not have a calendar that the world makes reference to. Every date is with reference to Christ. You are just suppressing the truth deep within you. You are only fighting with your conscience. 1 Like |

Ken4Christ: There is no such thing as a dumb God. Your jesus is dumb , cold and dead 6 feet under the soil. Because he was a man and that is his portion It is obvious the Gods do have a calendar. Your native calender is in reference to the Gods. Unfortunately the only reason you and the world is referencing to jesus' birth is because your ancestors were ddefeated, enslaved and colonized by the whites. You are merely licking the feet of your masters who r.aped you. Not because the calender is from divine sanction of your desd idol man-god. Rather, the gregorian calendar was copied and plagarized from the earlier Julian Calender used by the people who feared and revered the Gods. This is the bitter truth which you will find hard to acknowledge. 2 Likes |

Antiislaam: So who snapped Jesus in the Bible when he was slamming his head? Is the face to the ground? He went on a little farther and bowed with his face to the ground, praying, “My Father! If it is possible, let this cup of suffering be taken away from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine.” Matt 26:29 |

PAGAN9JA: You are just fighting with your conscience. As long as you do that, you will not have real peace. And Jesus is the only one who can give you peace that money can't buy. He is the only one who died and rose again. History did not deny it. They only tried to cover it. And they can't provide evidence that he is still in the grave. His grave is empty. Hallelujah. One day, you will stand before him to be judged. And you will bow to him. He is the King of kings and Lord of lords. 1 Like |

Ken4Christ: Jesus is a fictional character. As in, there never was a person who walked this Earth called Jesus Christ. The story is based on a combination of fakery and falsehood. You are better off taking into consideration the great legacy that came about due to the brilliance of our parents and feed off of that in order to make our world a better place, opposed to giving your soul away to fictional characters that were created by foreign extremist ideologues. 3 Likes |

Africans are the ones who created all the better things in life, as in, it's our parents who did, it wasn't anyone else. Everyone else on the globe[sic] are exploiting the legacies that our parents created for us whilst some of us are being flustered by these foreign extremist ideologies and as such are somewhat disconnected from the reality of things. We'll keep saying this until our enemies turn blue in the face; until our Brothers and Sisters that this applies to learn to snap out of the artificial hold that have seemingly been placed on them by these foreign extremist ideologically based narratives. |

Amujale: Then, don't you think he deserves an award for succeeding in deceiving the world? Besides, every date in history is with reference to someone who never existed. Even your birthday is with reference to someone who never existed. Examine yourself and tell me why you shouldn't visit a psychiatrist. |

Ken4Christ: I'm not interested in inconsequential gibberish, assuming that's what you're intending, you might as well save it. How about you take what's being said into consideration, and free yourself from the artificial hold that these foreign extremist ideologies seemingly have on someone such as you. Us by way of our elders, historians, scholars and personal scholarship, are able to point you towards the path towards freeing yourself from these foreign extremist ideologies from hours that don't end, yet, ultimately, noone can free you except you. |
