Can the guarantor form be notarized anywhere too or it must be Lagos as we stay in Ibadan??

Kindly drop any other infos or guide that would assist in making the process seamless for us especially because I am applying with my kids to those who have applied with kids before.

Note that I will be the only parent available with them, pls share your experience with us.

Under Booklet type, select 64 pages.

N.B 10 years booklet is only available for 18yrs and above.

well for my own opinion if you do it at any court in nigeria it will be accepted

No. Your maiden name is as valid as your marital name. I am still using my maiden name. Make sure that on your children's birth certificate, their mother's name(that's your name) is your maiden name. You are good to go.

Can the international passport be waived for such guarantor, the Guarantor's passport expired so many years ago without being renewed.

Is there a way around it for such a person doing it the DIY way?

Its gonna be a long process. You'll need to get Police report of the lost passport, thereafter you'd sought for a renewal

go on the immigration portal, you will see instructions for lost passport, follow it

if u are using ur father’s name u are Miss… you can’t be Mrs your father’s surname. If you want to use your husband’s surname and the title Mrs then change the name on your nin online, it is 600 naira . Start the process immediately.

Hey guys!
So I picked up my passport, yesterday Sunday 10th April at Alausa office. The issuing date was actually March 22nd as opposed to the March 8th collection date stated on the print out after capturing. I actually told myself I was going to wait a month after the collection date so as to avoid stories that touch and I'm glad I did. It was worth the wait. Good luck to every other DIYer in the house.
