There are Igbos all over the world and Nigeria too, why do you think will happen when others are subjecting innocent Igbos to such inhumane treatments too?? Some people are always fond of showing their IQ which is similar to that of mosquito.

Don't mind some uneducated mind. They think everybody will be fine by labelling another tribe bad so that they can run Dem down. The igbos and the rest of south south have a communities in Western region. Imagine, If the youth of the place should decide they don't want them any more in their land. What do they think would happened to innocent people ?

If the ibeno people decides they don't want the ilajes anymore. I think they should leave. I can't find any man among them, so to speak. All Dem just dey run run like kitty cat

This man is economical with the truth, cultists operate in most places particularly in the South, they can't just attack you without any reason, probably he is a member or relative of a rival cult group, or belong to the cult disturbing the community, they can't just attack you all and warn you to leave their community. Something is fishy

First you claimed ignorant of the cause of the crisis. Secondly you claimed an altercation between cult groups. Finally you said only the Yorubas were attacked and asked to leave in peace or by force. I think there's something vital the leader of the Yoruba community is not telling us and the reporter didn't help matter.

An Eyewitness wrote

The crisis was caused by two fighting between the indigene of Ibeno and a Yoruba Man so during the process of the fight a Yoruba Man allegedly killed an Ibeno man so that was why the indigenes of the community retaliated and went after Yoruba guys

There are many Ghana Citizens there and they were not attacked there is no smoke without fire

Case end. No smoke without fire.

so why not fish out the Yoruba that killed the person that killed the ibeno man, should we Yoruba be killing the killer of Bamise's tribemen and women that die mysteriously in Lagos?

if Aks didn't handle this thing well, it might turn to tribal issue, can you people even be doing this to Hausa without your people paying for it in North?

the Aks govt should better warn their people, this is why Yoruba hardly step out of their region. as I'm I can't leave my region to any region in Nigeria, naturally nobody really like us

why should few individual sin be vex on majority of tribe, this is height of insanity, so igbo are even matured than these bunch of backward people

What good can be achieved by ethnic cleansing and tribal war, pray tell me if there's one??

Exactly, it won't do us any good. Except if we're ready to experience a similar occurrence to the Rwandan ethnic cleansing.

I have lived in almost all the states of the federation and I must confess that the Yorubas are the most difficult neighbors you would ever have; not all though cos 7 out of my 10 friends are from that region.

some of you just hate yorubas for nothing akwaibin people all over Yoruba land even with some having their entire family , I know igbos in Ogun , Ondo , osun etc living with no wahala from the yorubas, one day the table will turn n we would see what u would say ,those Yorubas are even the ilajes who love to stay Around riverine to fish , if ur tribes are accomodating many people will come to ur states

Go there and fight them yourself. Una wey dey play second fiddle to Igbos for your land. Just simple fishermen living their lives, una dey do anyhow. If the real agberos come, they'll sack Akwa Ibom in hours

This is really a disheartening response. Two people had a fight, one died then they started raising d houses of yorubas in the community. What if the fight was between two indigenes, what would have happened?

Maybe we should also start attacking their people in Lagos because they started raising our people's homes
