Imagine...This bank sucks. We might just have to create a post on twitter & tag relevant handles...Transfer doesn't get to reflect in destination banks, USSD having issues etc. Now one is unable to login via the internet profile. Its frustrating, we don't have to keep mute. Several business owners need to make use of this funds to help boost their business. abi this na audio money ni. Make e no be say some top heads have make use of the funds & expecting massive returns. Why would a bank network be down since last week.

Just came here to see that people are having problems withdrawing their money. I don withdraw my money since last week na. I went to their branch at Ado Ekiti to withdraw 50k the day I got the alert. (On counter) The following day I went there to withdraw the remaining 200k. I was told that I must leave a minimum of 2k in my account. They gave me a transfer form, I filled it and the money (198k) was transferred to my other Bank. That same day. PS: I wasn't the only beneficiary present there on that day. We were like 8 and I believe they've also gotten their money. 1 Like

When you think you have seen it all, this country will prove you wrong. March sms debit alert for account opened in April with money in it locked up.  Dejoeee calm down

I chat up one of the npf staffs in charge of transferring the fund to another bank up... He told me those who used app to open accounts online are having problem... He said they have not received go ahead from their boss from headquarters to release that money... He said we have to wait.... How I wish things could just work perfectly in this country without all these wahala |

Marketgists: I'm not sure you can be able to have access to that money for now..... Mine and some others who opened account online are still on lockdown for the past 3weeks now. I went there today,they are still on the matter... The ussd code is not even going anymore.... U can't check balance not transfer or recharge.... So we are in for a very long ride my dear. I think we need to organise a mass protect for those stupid people managing that bank to seatup. |
