I dont understand the NPFMFB again for 2 weeks now my acct is still showing pending approval. Am still surprise despite I transferred 1k to it I can't access the acct or the app and the ussd not working. So what is the right way to go with this issue?

I received this message (screen shot below) from NPF this morning. Please what does it mean?

I opened an account (through their app) and I have been trying to deposit money but NPF is not among the banks poping up.

For those of us that have transferred money to their NPF account, how did you go about it?

I observed that those who were credited last week were randomly selected just to test run their payment system. If you could remember, some beneficiaries that did not update their account and did not upload any offer letter were also credited as far as they opened an account with them. Some who did not even receive any message also went ahead to get the offer letter from their friends or online and went ahead to send to their email which make their inbox to become full and as such make some bonafide beneficiaries unable to send their signed offer letter. You know this have to be sorted out which might take them some time.

In addition, this will be the first time they will be given such a task.

Lets just exercise more patient for them. I strongly believe that what belongs to you will never bypass you.

I haven't gone there I will do that first thing tomorrow morning. Am somewhere far from the bank

I have been trying to send the offer letter to the email address send, but it keeps bouncing back. Please what is the solution to this?

I'm really grateful to the Federal Government of Nigeria. I know this will go a long way in helping me step up my IT Business. Took a long time, but the effort paid off... So so happy this morning...

After everything I told their boss I wanna withdraw my money into another bank account...

The man said I must leave at least #5k in the account. I fill the form and left.
