Only you can explain your bitterness. For now Osinbajo remains the VP and a former commissioner something you’re praying to ever attain. Deal with it folks.

By Kingsley Omonobi, Johnbosco Agbakwuru & Imanuel Jannah

Among the early callers at the residence were wife of the Vice President, Dolapo Osinbajo, who visited the family at about 12:30p.m.; wife of the General Overseer of RCCG, Mrs Adeboye, and the Bwari Area Council Chairman, Musa Dikko.
Late Eunice Olawale
Late Eunice Olawale

Late Mrs Eunice Olawale was murdered at about 5:30a.m. on Saturday, as she went for early morning preaching (Morning Cry) close to her residence. Her throat was slit, with her head rested on the bible she used for preaching.

Already, the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Police Command has said that investigation was ongoing to uncover those behind the act, just as miscreants were reported to be on rampage at Arab Road, Omega Paints Road, Pipeline and its environs, terrorising people.

‘They killed her like a chicken’
Dolapo Osinbajo , Wife of Vice President (second right) , condoling Pastor Olawale Elisha, husband of (Late Eunice Olawale ) who was murdered in her cold blood on Saturday Morning while preaching at Kubwa in Abuja during a condolence visit to the family on Sunday . With them are the children of the deceased.

With them are the children of the deceased.

Speaking to Vanguard at their residence, the first daughter of the late deaconess, Jessica Olawale, while crying uncontrollably, said that her mother was killed like a chicken.

The 15-year-old Senior Secondary School 2 student, said: “Everybody is just saying it is well, nobody can understand how I feel.

“She is innocent; she didn’t do anybody any harm. She uses just her megaphone and bible; just preaching. They just killed her like a chicken and left her there.”

Her husband, Olawale Elisha, who is also a pastor at RCCG, said: “My wife always goes out early in the morning for ‘Morning Cry.’ There was a particular day she went out and she told me that there is a mosque at the back, where they made comments about her preaching. So I just cautioned her.

“This morning (Saturday), she went around 5a.m. and I was still in bed because we did vigil which she participated in for a while because of the ‘Morning Cry’ she planned to undertake.

“Two of my boys are footballers; they went to the field to play. When they came back, they told me that they heard some footballers saying that some hoodlums had butchered a woman who was preaching early this morning.

‘I found my wife lifeless in a police van’

this has happened before, and this will happen again

in the end, this is simply about persecution of the majority.

there are several aboki maiguards in my area. some have friends with them. every other morning, some irritant with a megaphione comes and starts disturbing the peace a 5.30 am. very annoying. but no one has been killed. place this nuisance up north, with this exact same crowd of abokis, and i think we know what will happen

Thank you PYO for standing for what is right and just. I'm happy you condemned the act. And I'm 100% sure Osinbajo won't withdraw his statement just to please murderers.
Re: Osinbajo Condemns Killing Of Deborah Samuel In Sokoto by lumaxyellow: 8:28am On May 14, 2022
The Sokoto State Governor has taken action concerning the killing, the President has condemned it, and the Vice President too. Yet some people with no other reason apart from being blinded by sentiment and hate for the V.P are ridiculously backlashing him for also condemning it, instead of clamoring for the persecution of Deborah's killers . What else are they expecting from him? he spoke after his boss which was how it is suppose to be. Let it rest abeg. We should be after getting justice for the poor girl not playing blame games again.

Thank you our amiable Vice President for hitting the nail on the head. The perpetrators of this act must be severely dealt with. May God give Deborah’s family the fortitude to bear the loss

Honestly, this is sad! How can one even address these beasts? They are evil!

I can feel the Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, deeply worried and sad! A very humane person.

I believe just as his past interventions have been helpful, this too should help with justice for Deborah. May her family be comforted.

You can't tell me that Nigeria will continue as one. Never!
A nation where the leaders can't condemn such a heinous act because it's their religion can never prosper..
Nigeria cannot thrive when religion is placed above human life..
These evil was perpetrated by students (a supposed exposed people)
Then what's the hope for tomorrow for Nigeria if educated people can live this backward?
Nigeria should divide if our so called leaders cannot condemn this evil.
Even our leaders Who are Muslims secretly support this action..
If not why have they not spoken up

RIP Deborah Samuel.

The state government and police will do the needful but apprehending the perpetrators, it is believed that report will be sent to FG thereafter.

Good one from the Vice President. Unifier!!

So who has the state govt and the police arrested? Have the the two youths boasting on social media that they killed her been arrested?

Which report are they sending to FG? What is in this matter that report needs to be sent to FG? What will FG do with report? The killers identified themselves. Does that need a report?

Is sokoto no longer within nigeria? Is the president not the custodian of the nigerian constitution that guaranteed Deborah's right to life? If osinbajo and buhari swore to uphold and defend the constitution, what have they done to ensure those that deprived Deborah her right to life are severely punised?

Condemn or not just respect people's religious views and refrain from words which appears to be, reaction will still be the same if another comment considererd blasphemous occur now in that region. How many times were such acts condemned by Mr president and nothing has changed.

Obi does not only condemned, he makes a move to make sure such does not repeat itself.

Looking critically into the case, is not just to condemn because the whole North , Emirs, Caliphate's, Muslims, Islam , all love the killing..

So how do one tackle such when another human being is in love with the murder case.

Religion of Peace should be condemned and not you, waiting for Peter Obi to condemn the demonic action.
