Pls, there is this infinix hot 5, in which mtn sim work only for browsing but cannot be used for call. However, airtel worked for call but cannot be connected for browsing.
Pls ,what is the possible problem?
Ps: the responsibility when trying to make call with mtn is "connection problem..." while the airtel is not bringing that signal strength at all.
I'll really appreciate if anyone who hs idea help.

Firstly, warranty doesn't cover water damage
2. If a phone has been opened by a third party repair center the warranty becomes void.
3. In this case the phone fell into salty water. What the fellow should have done is to wash of the salty water with a running clean water to remove the salt. Cause normally it's the oxidaised water that damage the phone so you need pure water to remove the salty water please don't deep your phone into a stationary water (Many of you won't believe what I just said )
4. After the removal of salty water, please shake(gently) the phone from top to bottom removing the excessive water.
5. After that, looks for the nearest phone expert around you so as to remove the battery and do some further repair (do this as urgent as possible).
6. These steps doesn't guarantee your phone working back normal, vital components must have been damaged but, the chance that your phone will work after these steps is 30%. Meaning you are likely to save your phone from dieing but you may lose some vital components.. but at least Yiu can get your information out of the phone.
