Abuja is becoming more populated by the day and it's still being built based on it's initial plan in the 1980's, only some phases have been completed. With the population now swelling to around 6 million people from the initial 4 million some years ago, I am not surprised we are beginning to see these kind of traffic jams.

One good solution to the traffic situation in Abuja will be effective BRT system but as for the population it will keep growing till thy kingdom come so worry not

The government is evicting thousands of them from their ancestral land in Loliondo to place the land under "conservation". The maasais have obviously not taken this well and put up a fight against the security forces who've shot at them leaving dozens injured. The images are too graphic so let me leave this down below.

pls, tinubu set the antecedent for Lagos' development plan back in the early 2000s. Tinubu's achievements in Lagos outweigh that of fashola, I believe.... Even with limited revenue to run the state.

Fashola may be more strict during his tenure but tinubu was d capo.

For me, I just want a person who would take Electricity seriously and out of all them, Tinubu seem to be the only one who has made a move on that so far while in office, but I'm still comparing criticism of Peter Obi and Tinubu at the moment, to see the ones we can cope with. Like if a European visits your zoo and ranks your road quality with a low grade, then visits Kenya and gets bamboozled with the kind of quality and design, and ranks it with a high grade, do you need any other indice to disqualify that? I mean, that is already enough evidence to settle that.

Omo for some reasons I have tried to avoid political discussions and kept it to myself because of conflicting interest. All I want is a benevolent dictator for Nigeria and at the moment none of this presidential aspirant seems like one but Tinubu strikes me like someone who would be a bit capable to lead us better because of his track records in Lagos state.

I have heard that in Tinubu's Government of Lagos, both Igbos and Hausas were employed in that Government. If true, I don't think such a man hate Igbos but what do we know? If he truly hates Igbos as you say, then that would be a shame.
