Well lemme just say this, you should not look down on yourself, common you are alot better than most people out there. You just have to be positive about your self, I actually have a childhood like yours, no weak I was not beating by my dad, calling me all sort of names.
Then he used to call me thief that i will never make it in life , even though what was missing I did not even see it. Sometimes I will asking myself is this man my real dad or not, just because of the way he treated me. But I did not let those words get to me. I can say today I am doing well and i avoid my dad, I think the last time we spoke was 4 years ago.

Parents say things they don't mean sometimes just to make us feel bad cos we've done things they don't like. The trick is to avoid the triggers and much as you can. May God help you.

Amen...thanks for that word of encouragement,it really sinks when people say positive things to our lives..
I know he probably doesn't mean it but it hurts sometimes but I try to rise above it..I love my dad nonetheless.

He insulted me in presence of my agemates dat am stingy dax why our family is not progressing, I was little den but I went home and cry.
But am happy He is among the people dat congratulated me wen I got a beta job.
