Hello Gurus,

I need help in my application. I have had three scheghen visa rejection (let me start with the bad part) and I applied for buisness visas cause I was going got conferences and off site meetings

Now, there is another off site meeting I am to attend for first week of October.
I was asked by my company to look for an agent and start the process early. The first agent I contacted balled on me

I don't know what to do and I am soliciting for help here.

It's really going to be sad that I can't travel to see my work mates for once

I am trying to gather my documents so I can submit an application by July

So far I need a list of ideas of possible documents I need to submit to add to these I have already
My Bank statement
My Payslips
Pension
Invitation letter from my company
Confirmation letter/ Employee agreement
Appointment letter
Employees Directory
Certificates relating to my occupation
Cover letter with travel itinerary explaining purpose of my trip
Letter explaining the previous rejection
Travel Medical Insurance policy
Proof of Hotel reservation
My Flight Reservation

Also something to note my company makes use of Deel Nigeria to hire me. So Deel is like a third party that handles my salary payment, contract etc. So my contract, pay slips, confirmation letter has Deel in it

A quick question regarding to this: Do I have to bring a letter that explains my company relationship with Deel.

Great list so far.
You could add your Covid vaccination certificate(IF YOU HAVE)

Yes, I think you should explain your company relationship with Deel as well.

As long as you have both visas, you are good to go.

You can. I have done it before. Just expect the usual questions at the UK border when you want to enter.

Good day all gurus, I've been trying to book France Appointment but no date available in Lagos. I already filled the France Visa application form and I chose Lagos. Is it possible to choose Abuja for Biometrics and how to go about that? Thanks to everyone.

I think Abuj doesn't have this frequent traveller option while booking appointment.
Please someone should correct me if I'm wrong

Thank you, I want to book an appointment for VFS Lagos but there is no available date except last week of July, I'm thinking of going with that or first week of August if that becomes available

Hello Gurus In the house,

I applied for France visa in January this year to attend a conference that was scheduled for March but I my visa was rejected . The reason for rejection was “ The information submitted regarding the justification for the propose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable “

I appeal the rejection and the appeal later was delivered to cedex in france but I later discovered that the program as been shifted to June.

I re apply this month and I just received my passport back today , surprisingly , my visa was rejected again.

The reason for rejection was “ Justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not provided “

Please house I need your advice on the way forward .

You need to package your application well
Are you employed or self employed ?
Are you sponsoring yourself or someone else ?
Dis you add hotel reservations and flight ?
France visa is the easiest visa to get specially if you are not first time traveller.
Check what you are not doing well and repackage your application

As self employed Hope you added your business documents like CAC ?
Give it a little time before you reapply so you won’t look desperate.
Make sure you added all relevant documents and write very detailed SOP .
Tip: if your business is limited let someone write an introductory letter on behalf of your company introducing you as the MD and you are expected to resume work on your return so so so date etc ensure the conference is relevant to your business.
My 2 cents

You have to appoint someone to act as your secretary to write the letter

Why are you looking for conferences all over? You can package yourself as a tourist going for vacation
Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by Jyde1234: 2:24pm On Jun 15, 2022
@Ashirioluwa . Do you suggest i apply as a tourist ?

My concern is my previous refusals since I applied to attend a conference , I don’t know maybe that would rase a red flag, although my previous applications was to attended a 3 days conference and 2 days for recreation .

If you have CAC documents is better you open a corporate account sometime is advantage, if even you don’t have inflow you present a bank reference on the cooperate account and your personal bank account statement will fly. I did same and I got the visa . French embassy is the cheapest visa to get if you package well , they are not interested if you pay tax or not like UK embassy

Before sending to cedex, did you try appealing directly to the embassy here in Nigeria first ?
