You need to receive up to $2000 into your new Payoneer account to enable MAP. With MAP-enabled account, you are legible to transfer funds to other users. However, if you can't wait for the $2000 ceiling, there are multiple ways to take out funds from Payoneer account that isn't MAP-enabled, e.g. Grey.

Yes u convert to naira first then withdraw......yes they convert it and send pounds
