I assume you Scheduled for biometrics? If yes copy ur reference number then Go to your local government inec office for biometrics capture. if you didn't schedule for appointment you can still go to your local government inec office, they will give you a paper form to fill it's your information on the paper that will be used to register you on their computer. If you need more information holla with your local government and I will get you address of the nearest inec office close to you. leonidas93:
