She earns 130k monthly as a teacher. What amount of deposit can be regarded as bulk?
giselle237:
what exactly did they say.. this is vague.. if I earn 800k a month, bulk money can not be 50k to me/my lifestyle… so individual circumstances apply to this your question

Oga calm down, it was a visa agent that did the visa 11 years ago. Many people fell victim to this agent documents falsification. Why not make your point & move on, at least he knows better now.

I think good travel history and having active valid visa from another country gives you an edge.

All of you falsifying documents deserve every ban you get...

1- Salary is sometimes 129, 132,131 depending on deductions so I just put the average but the account statement shows the name of her employer as the source of the income.
2- 1.1m
3-Her spouse is alive, applied for the two of them, they gave my dad but didn't give her. I didn't attach his bank statement because he's retired and they approved his visa.
4- Yes, my sister is in Nigeria
5- No for the previous application, just got that now
6- work id yes but no payslip. The state government only transfer their salary to their account
7-yes.
8-No. She stated in the last application that I will sponsor the whole trip. Flight, accommodation and cost of living. She will only take care of her personal shopping from her savings.
9- I work in a University lab then I do part time care job. I have 5k+ as savings .
10- yes I uploaded the one from birth with our pictures. Now I have done the one from National population commission
11- yes she has a car, house in her name and my dad's,a shop sells clothes but not registered with cac
12- it was during preparation for my sisters wedding. Cash gifts and money from the cooperative society she belongs too

Good day house,

I have a question pls.
Can multiple withdrawals from an account hurt one's chances of obtaining a UK visa? You might quote a particular amount as monthly expense but end up making multiple withdrawals in a month due to emergencies.

Also, can one's monthly expense figure increase due to the high cos of living compared to the figure quoted previously on the application form which got a refusal? Will the difference not be an issue while reapplying?

Thank you.

1. I don’t know why this ECO says she did not have any salary deposits from her employer.. that’s weir as if she made up her employment
2. I think she should wait 6 months to get it right
3. Shopping is not mandatory. She does not need to provide a budget for shopping.
4. Fully sponsor her trip but she needs her account now more than ever as she was denied on claims tht money lodgement and no salary credits
5. If she agrees to wait, you all should provide an alternate source of income or allowance for her so that the money in her statemnt stays there for a while and there are not so many credits disturbing the statement.
6. If salary is 130k, you can leave 120k in it every month
7. She needs to declare on the form say 50k cash gifts from her daughter
8. Documents to attach- a very strong worded cover letter to address her ties, she has been married for years, working since 1988 is no joke, explain her finances, explain she has cars and properties, whether in her name or your dad’s name attach all
Her itinerary for the trip.
- you write a cover letter/invitation letter to the IKVI. Tie the trip to something at this point.
you need to see you mother as it has been too long, how due to work commitments, you can mention working in the health field and how challenging it is and you have not been able to avail time to travel. You need ur mom to come during her annual leave. Explain details of your sponsorship to the eco, her arrival, her departure etc
- Invitation to your mom
-her bank statement
- her payslips.. there is no government parastatal tht does not give payslips, she should ask
- the house she lives in, is it owned or rented.. show house tie
- marriage certificate and pictures with spouse
-various family photos including where u appear
- your birth certificate
- her work id and introduction letter from office - not one line, strong worded letter saying where she is going to etc, all promotion letters from time immemorial
- proofs of all the assets and property she has including pictures
- husband can write a letter, hopefully your dad will be in Nigeria during her trip and should sign tht he the spouse will be in Nigeria for her trip while she goes and comes back
- your brp, your passprt data page, pictures betwwen both of you during sensitive family functions or from when you were little as they claim there is no relationship
- 6 mnths bank sttaement, payslips, work id, mortgagae or tenancy, council tax and utility bills from u
- everything else that can help her case

Individual applications. It is one application per person.

Thank you. But we'll be using the same documents my brother will be providing right?

Does my brother need to write two different invitation letter?

Kindly help.

Everything needs to be x2, including invitation letters! The applications will be treated INDIVIDUALLY. They may not even be assessed by same ECO

Your brother needs to show more than enough means to sponsor two of you as well. You both MUST show sufficient ties to Nigeria. Basically, you need to convince the ECO that you need that honeymoon sponsored by your brother

Good morning house.

Please I have a question to ask and I don't exactly know how to structure it for the search algorithm to identify my answers.

Here it goes.

I recently secured admission for Sept. 2022 and have paid the tuition deposit. At this time, i'm waiting for my TB test date in the first week of July and would proceed to start visa application. While waiting, I have locked in my POF for 30 days and it would mature by this month end. I hope to add the bank statement and other accompanying documents to start the visa processing.

Also, I joined the school's whatsapp group of Nigerian students who are been managed by the school's recognized agent in Nigeria. Sometime this week, one of the agents advised those of us with locked POF that plan to withdraw after maturity to desist from doing so. He rather said we should leave the money in the account till visa is confirmed. In his statement, he said that there's been a spike in requests from UKVI requesting for another account statements during the visa application stage. So if one has withdrawn, obviously it would reflect and lead to automatic dismissal.

My concern is how true is this or is there a particular reason that leads to this reaction by UKVI as I would most likely be spending more than a million naira just for account statement if I'm to keep the money in my account looking at how much visa application is been delayed this days.

Please, I'd need your opinions on this

Thanks in advance

I got this message today after I sent a complaint email to UK since January 21, after my wife and kids are wrongly denied with the reason of unknown transfers unto my wife account which is not. But they have re-applied and address the reason why they are worngly denied , to my surprise they denied them again with another reason that she's doesn't have any travel history for past 10yrs back lol .
Hi, any update from them?

How I did mine: I picked the nearest appointment, choose New Zealand instead of U.K. on their online booking site, but paid for U.K. test.

On my appointment date, I got there and my name was called under the New Zealand list. Spoke to the security guys calling the name that there was a mistake, told him I’m testing for U.K. but a mistake occurred when I was completing the online form, showed em my passport and U.K. test payment receipt that confirmed my name on the list.

I was asked to go in and was given the U.K. tag and not New Zealand.

I did that just so I could get an early appointment instead of queuing under the U.K. long list. I got tested that day and collected my result the next day.

Yes if the ECO is fishing for reason to deny.. sometimes they ignore, other times it has appeared as reason for refusal.. saying what is happening on applicant’s bank statement is way above what was quoted on the form
Also, can one's monthly expense figure increase due to the high cos of living compared to the figure quoted previously on the application form which got a refusal? Will the difference not be an issue while reapplying? Yes, circumstances change. No issue

This happened to me recently. I quoted 150k as my monthly expenses and submitted a 6 months bank statement out of which two months I spent more than 150k. Even after I explained in a cover letter that these were a necessary one-off purchase. The ECO still refused my application.

Now two weeks after I haven’t gotten my passport or a collection mail from tls.
