It was the post game conference after beating Miami. They asked him how he was going to prepare for the warriors knowing they will pose a different problem to his Celtics team. Where other coaches will show respect and say things like yea..they have an experienced core and bla bla and how the Celtics will watch film and use their pieces to get the job done etc.

Instead he was yapping about how they are not worried because when they lost 111-107 it was a close game even though his team were still figuring things out and that by the time they had figured things out they beat GSW "pretty badly". I just felt it was disrespectful because Draymond and Kerr were just talking about how long and athletic and everyone can switch and defend 1-5 and how it is expected to be really tough etc.

lol. you made it sound like the guy straight up disrespecting you guys. enjoy your win and stop nitpicking. the coach did nothing wrong

Those Avs play at warp speed. Christ! Only Vasilevskiy will determine how long this series goes. If he has an off night they are chopping minimum of 5.

I've never seen an offensive blue liner quite like Makar

The Warriors beat the team that swept KD.

KD got doubled and tripled in the playoffs and his efficiency took a huge dive.

KD being a better player than Curry is rubbish. He is just a better iso player. Curry does everything else better than him + Curry is a better leader.

KD tweeted "high level basketball being played" when the Celtics won game 1. He was secretly rooting for them to win against his "former" franchise.

KD is a snake.

Finished, sulky, bitter player.

This win stings the hatersssssss!

That thing pain me when he said that word and if you noticed he said it when we had that collapse in fourth quarter. He knows his rings would be questioned if we would win the finals and hence was rooting for celtics. So I am loving how the fans especially gsw fans are in his face after winning the finals.

Who else is watching Draymond Green podcast, am loving it and how he put Kendrick Perkins, Nick of Fox in their place, he also questioned ESPN finals odds; where they favored celtics to win with ridiculous odds of 81% chance for the celtic to win after game 4 against 19% to the gsw.

Steph has to be the most disrespected superstar in NBA history.
The Timberwolves skipped him twice, and picked two guards.
When he won his first MVP, Harden threw a tantrum, insisting he deserved it more. The Damn NBA players organised their own award and made Harden the MVP. Who does that.
Then Perkins started this useless debate about Harden being better than Curry. Curry was even compared to fVcking Kyrie Irving.
When the warriors won their first Championship, curry averaged 26ppg, but the Damn voters awarded the MVP to Iguodala for Guarding LeBron James. Meanwhile LeBron averaged 35PPG, if they weren't giving it to LeBron, the next option should be the Best player on the winning Team. But they gave it to iguodala even though he had less points and assists than Curry. Who does shit like that?
Then in 2018, Curry was bad in one game, he was the leading scorer in the other 3 games, but the MVP was awarded to Durant.
Soon as this playoffs began, everyone was rated higher than Curry, even fv King Jayson Tatum.
Then we had some weirdos hear saying Luca Doncic was better than Curry. Because he won against the Phoenix Bums. Luka eventually left the series with a negative plus minus undecided undecided
Now that curry has finally won the useless FMVP, they are back to debating whether he is top 10 undecided undecided undecided undecided

I have been watching oh. I will never respect KD again. I don't understand why GSW had to suffer for the hatred he got from Lebron fans.

Even when he claimed Curry getting more doubles than him was 100% false, wow, like did you even have to respond to that tweet?

Such a stu..pid player.

Only 1 reason to forgive the Timberwolves is, Dell said he threatened them that if they drafted his son, he won't play for them. Steph wanted the NYK to draft him if it was not going to be GSW.

On the rest though...carry on.

According to the podcast, he didn't even train with Golden state, he trained with The Knicks and thought he'll be going to Knicks since Golden State will likely pass him.

Yea GSW was the 7th pick and NYK was the 8th. Usually before the drafts, the execs might tell a player they are going to draft him and of course some top players might reject training for a team because they already have assurances elsewhere.

Since Curry felt he had an assurance by NYK it made no sense to train for GSW that were

1. Wanting him to train before an assurance
2. Not good at the time
3. Were just a draft pick higher than NYK

So it surprised him to hear his name at the GSW pick knowing he did not even train with the team. He feared initially that they wanted to use him as a trade piece like Cavs used Wiggins to get K Love but in the end, it worked out.

The Lightning are going to get the needed to make this series competitive again. They absolutely have to win game 4, else the Avalanche are going to cruise to the Stanley Cup. They are doing a great job today in not just matching the physicality but initiating it and dominating their lines which led to more PPs. Speaking about PPs, the Lightning gave to do a better job in being clinical/ efficient when they have the PP.

Final score: Avalanche 2-6 Lightning
Series: Avalanche 2-1 Lightning

Is CJ McCollum smoking crack. Me thinks the dude is secretly jealous of Steph.
First he claimed that Durant was the warriors best player.
Now he says Durant was the bus driver at Golden State and he was about to win his 3rd finals MVP against Toronto.
How many minutes did Durant play against the raptors again?

They're a battle tested team. Would be crazy to expect a sweep. I think the Lightning have a distinct goalie advantage so if they keep the game close they will have the edge.

The Avs cannot afford close games but overall I still give them the advantage because I don't see the Lightning winning 3 more of a possible 4 barring injuries. The Avs look like a threat to score 5 every night just with Makar and guys who are chasing big contracts next season playing their tails off. Guys like Nichuskin, Burakovsky etc. Kadri as well even though he's hurt

McKinnon has been a bit disappointing but I also expect he improves

Caleb Swanigan’s story is heartbreaking. I watched this man while he was at Purdue. I knew he would have a short NBA career because of his limited skill set when compared to what the league expects from today’s NBA big man.
Sometimes it’s best for these guys to just stay in the league or any competitive professional sports because it may be the only reason they are still breathing.
This life no balance at all! Stay safe out there everyone.

Kadri for the win.

Avs are simply the better team. Provided their goalie don't shit the bed again this series ends in 5. Vasilevskiy is the only reason the game was close

When you have like 4 or 5 people playing for big contracts on a squad they are ready to die on the ice

Day 0 of 0 during the off-season without NBA drama. Wetin dy sup for Brooklyn. Bluff by all sides or beef?

I feel Sean marks won't be playing a game of poker with Kyrie/KD without the billionaire owner giving him a strong backing.

This could be the NBA owners vs player power showdown foreshadowing.

Caleb had a very good college experience with Purdue, some of his records still stand. I remember seeing a lot of his games because at the time I was in a Big 10 conference area. He was quite dominant around and under the rim and recorded a lot of double-double. But I also worried his game was quite limited, worsestill, he was drafted by a Blazers team that was heavily dependent on perimeter scoring. I think the Blazers tried to keep him but he opted out and it went downhill from there. I understand his dad struggled with drug abuse and Caleb tried to help him out but I am not sure what happened there.
