I quit because there was a time I went for a general test, and I was told there's nicotine in my body and it was high, I was like I don't smoke cigarettes where could that come from? The guy asked me if I eat apples? I said yes, he said probably it was from the preservatives used in preserving the apples, because I know most apples sold in the country comes from South Africa, so I had to just quit even though I didn't make any research to know if what he said was true

So I just resumed again knowing that one thing must kill a man


PS: I don't know how true his claims are

Forgive it soon though, I learnt it's a good source of protein. Moderation is KEY though.

May be a supplement you took was containing nicotine, hence you don't smoke cigarette. OR he/she may be talking about Nicotinamide which is our Vitamin B3 in excess which is still not a food preservative.

After typing all of that, I went to make my research and I found out nicotine isn't even used in preserving apples, so I just guess that nigga was looking at the money he wanted to collect from me then.
