This is why I believe the government should strongly regulate child bearing in Nigeria. .
There are people who by virtually of their circumstances financially and mentally should just not have any children. It costs so much to train a child to become a responsible member of the society. Failure to do so means that everyone else will suffer.

Take US for example.. if there are shootings and maybe 5 people were killed, condolences will be pouring from all over the world.. even their president might go to those families to pay condolences..

But if 67 people were killed in Nigeria because of the same said shooting, the noise it will generate won't be much.. even the president will act like nothing happened... won't even go and pay condolences to the families because he is way too dignified to do that...

There are countries whose citizens lives matters a lot (rich or poor, it doesn't matter)... Unfortunately, Nigeria cannot be among that list... I guess it was because of population explosion in the country..
