I don't think it's my brush، because I change my brush every 3 months as recommended.

You need urgent medical help dude. You might be immuno compromised or lacking a vitamin. Either way, book an appointment with your physician. ASAP

Go and get Vitamin C

To help relieve pain and speed healing, consider these tips: Rinse your mouth. Use salt water or baking soda rinse (dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 cup warm water).
Dab a small amount of milk of magnesia on your canker sore a few times a day.
And as someone suggested above, take a lot of Vitamin C.

This works very fast.
