don't be too sure he agreed to donate his kidney. It's quite possible that he was not clearly told what he was in for until he got to the UK.

If the boy had claimed to be 16, he would have been put in the next plane back to Nigeria. But as a minor, a vulnerable child in UK seeking asylum, they will protect him and provide for him and he can stay in UK till he dies. That's why the age is so contestous.
