They will . They have looked at the case and are trying the ekweremadus for exploitation . It will be hard for them to go scot free . I doubt that is not the best defense. You can research about it.
You can donate your kidney so long as there is no monetary benefit to you.
You also have to sign a consent form after many medical tests and briefings.

Consent forms in such procedures are signed in the hospital. Right until the boy is sedated and the procedure commences, the boy still reserves the right to opt out, even if he had previously signed the consent forms. So what written agreement exactly are you referring to?
