It does not in anyway stop you from getting your own donor,it seeks to stop people doing it for commercial aims else body parts trade becomes a norm. If you cannot get a match in your knit and a willing donor you know, you have to join a wait list.

I am afraid it does stop u from getting your donor if the person is not related to u. Read the second sentence in the first paragraph very well.
It says "to restrict the transplanting of such organs between persons who are not genetically related".

So it is clear that the only time u r allowed to search and produce a donor is if the donor is related to u.

The other sections down d line are to clear every doubt that if u think u r doing the right thing by paying for the organ from a stranger, u r in d wrong. So paying for the organ is also illegal. U can't even get it if u r willing to pay for it.

If u don't have a matching donor within ur family the next thing is wait on the list for the government to provide one for u.
Cos if they legally allow strangers to donate, that's already encouraging d commercialisation and trafficking of parts. How will d government know for sure that u guys have not agreed payment before or after the transplant is done?

You’re still blabbing without looking at the facts. Ekweremadus will be cross-examined under oath where all govt resources will be used against him.
Case on ground does not have much to do with age. Any person irrespective of age can be trafficked, but it’s more egregious against a minor.
