It’s not an error. Ultimately, his age is not a factor. Again, the crime they’re being charged with isn’t age specific.

Tell me what he did wrong? A 21 years old boy wants to donate his kidney and the Ekweremadu wants to pay for it. What is the problem? Where I will lay blame on Ekweremadu is if the boy is actually 15 years and Ekweremadu is part of the conspiracy to inflate his age to 21.
People have been selling their kidney in Nigeria. This is not the first and not going to be the last so far the seller is an adult.

This case is a case of since my kidney does not match I will rather remain here than return back to Nigeria, so I have to be smart about it. From the boy's pictures on Facebook, he is obviously over 20. The boy is just trying to play smart and doesn't want to return back to Nigeria

Ordinary CS, myomectomy, and other basic operations in Naija, you have to consent prior to the procedure that if you die in the process, the medical team will not and should not be held responsible. You and your family MUST agree to the fact that death can happen during and post the procedure. This sh*t can scare anyone to change their minds.
