If you come from a lineage of dumb paupers whose combined stupidity has made them unable to achieve in life, I don't share your family bad luck. You are talking to someone more educated than your entire family.
I come from a family of 3rd Generation Professors. In fact, we have more female Professors in our family than your entire lineage.

Peter Obi attended LBS and HBS for Certificate courses, not degrees. Those are programs that you get if you can pay the fees.

Do you know that Obi's highest degree is a 3rd class University degree? Atiku has a Master's Degree, that failure called Obi is carrying a first degree about.
na wa ooo. I don't knw how true this is buh the truth is we don't really care. ATIKU IS A WOMANIZER and obviously cannot rule this country. He will break ur heart and usual and that of Nigeria. He is a transactional politician. I will continue to say it. I curse anyone doing this kind of thing becos of money and selfish gains. Cos u will suffer for the rest of ur life.

I have always maintained that Obi should leave this Kwankwaso alone let everyone go and taste his popularity,,

For those who may not know kwankwaso well, this man is only popular in Kano and it's environs,
Buhari is more popular than him and he has lost 2 presidential primaries both the the PDP and APC,, let him go and sit down

Labour party and Peter Obi if kwankwaso does not want to be the running mate because of pride...then forget about him...and choose another person before it's too late . They are other people available for that position

Obi is underestimating the capability of Nigerians to see this brewing revolution through. Finally, even APC and PDP would need a merger to counter it. He'd better go for another northerner, even if it's Namadi Sambo.

The same Sambo that betrayed Goodluck Jonathan?

That’s the right thing to do. Kwankwaso has more voting strength than Obi, hence, it is only reasonable that Obi becomes the vice and from there, he can succeed Kwankwaso after 4 or 8 years. It is the shortest cut along with PDP for an Ibo man to become president of Nigeria.

Our brothers in the SE will not believe this but Obi can never win this election. I am happy to put a bet on it closer to the election.

Abeg show me the threads guaranteeing victory??

Why can't people support who they like in peace.
So we should only support candidates that are front runners?
I don't understand why the Obi enthusiasm is such an issue

Amen. Somehow I don't even want him not to contest because of strategy. If he steps down, the north may fix their support on Atiku which will be to Atikus advantage.
Obi has no rival in the southeast, south south and many central states. Most of the Christians in the northern states will support Obi. Many Christians in the southwest too will prefer Obi.
Liberal and moderate muslims too sees the virtue in Obi.
Obi has a chance really IF...if the people from his support based can really turn up and IF... Obi too on his part can engage in massive and radical grassroots campaigns and enlightenment.

Very correct. Obi has no reputable competitor in all south. Already the north is standing for Obi who is not even a northern. The masses are beginning to look beyond tribe and religion and that is how Nigeria will bounce back to been the giant of Africa again. Obi has more vote to deliver than kwankwaso. NNPP only has voice in some northern states while Obi has votes in all four corner of Nigeria. So NNPP should’ve Vice Obi.

...but Peter obi and labour party is gathering more support from the youths and nigerians nationally more than kwankwaso and NNPP party.....why nigerians and youths are rushing to register to get their PVC is because of Peter obi...they want to vote for Peter obi in order to become president..they believe in him...so kwankwaso should have observed the massive support Peter obi and labour party is getting and it will be good for him to join them the labour party... nothing wrong if he is the vice president...then after 8 years when Peter obi ends his tenure then kwankwaso can contest for president under labour party and win it.. because at that time labour party will be the ruling party in nigeria..so this is a strategy kwankwaso can use to become president in future

This is reasonable. But Kwankwaso wants this same strategy for Peter Obi.

Did someone just make reference to Kwankwaso as greedy? Like how?

You want him to step down for someone else but you do not want that someone else to step down for him?

Politics is basically about interest and trust me, one would put his interest first before another person's.

Its is nationally known to the two major parties the need for power shift which has been streamlined to South and North.

So now that power is currently in the north it is expected that the next shift goes to the South hence the reason many expected Kwankwaso to align with Obi as VP and would possibly take over after Obi all things gone well. In this way we have finally headed to take back power from the Older politicians to younger players.

However I do not support someone to conclude that Kwankwanso’s refusal to play second fidel is greed.
It is his personal and somehow a northern decision to make.

I feel there is a grand plan by the North to have power returned to them through Atiku. Obi/Kwankwaso merger will jeopardize this northern ambition hence the main reason he will not agree. Northerners are more united during politics than anything else they easily agree unanimously compare to the south.

I think this Kwankwaso is not serious.
I wonder what the strategists in Labour Party are doing with Kwakwanso who is only using Peter Obi to gain some form of credibility to his NNPP wild goose chase.

If elections are held today, NNPP will struggle to win Kano and that is where it will end for them.

Peter Obi should get a popular northern Muslim from the North West and then get down to work.

He can win this election with merging with a Kwakwanso.

In 1979 when Aminu Kano and Shagari contest the presidential elections, Shagari managed to defeat Awolowo by having an impressive showing in the South. Aminu Kano won Kano thereby neutralising the north voting block.

I see the same thing happening this time if both Atiku and Kwakwanso were to be on the ballot with both cancelling themselves for a Southern candidate to emerge victorious.....

First thing first, I am an advocate of competence and not zoning. But since we've adopted the method of zoning in Nigeria, it would only be fair that a Southerner be in Aso Rock, come 2023.

However, in a bid to actualize this, we must not "bully" others into burying their interests basically because we want our "preferred candidate" to thrive.

Let some of the OBI-dients (not all) keep campaigning for Peter Obi, and do well to stop casting aspersions on other candidates.

It shall be well with you. When you keep bullying everyone who has a contrary opinion in a democratic state, it shows you aren't worthy of the said democracy you yearn for.

The same belligerent and bellicosity most Nigerians exhibited in order to enthrone Buhari all in the name to get a mesiah. People should learn to respect others opinions and views.

By the way, who says zoning should be above competence?! Let whoever feels capable to declare and don't silence them- rather, project your own candidate

I think this man kwankwanso made a few salient points in his assertion, nobody will allow a party that they have invested 47 years of experience in to collapse before their eyes, Obi should look elsewhere for his VP, and Obidient should not make a mistake of attacking this astute man kwankwanso, he made a lot of good points in this statement. Obi and kwankwanso can still work together on some other projects in future, and who says Obi can't win the presidency without kwankwaso. He should just focus on getting the right people to support him in the North, northerners are currently torn between voting APC, PDP or any candidate in this presidential election because they consider Tinubu as not fit for the job, Atiku is another northerner and many northerners believe power should go south, so these scenarios might work in Obi's favour, Obi should go for a VP that will be trusted by the Northerners, preferably a youth.
