Whether Peter Obi has a running mate or not, the youths will vote him.

Whether he picks;

Asari Dokubo
Joe Igbokwe
FFK
Dino Melaye
Shehu Sani
Fayose
Shettima

Or even

Oshiomhole

We the Nigerian youths will vote him en masse

Oga Kwakwanso. We like you but that won't happen. As of now, Peter Obi's campaign is on autopilot. Even Peter Obi himself can't stop it now.

He has a more national appeal and the "rotation" at the moment favours the south. I'd say you run as Peter's VP, or get any of your boys as placeholder for you as VP. Bid your time and contest 8 years after. Peter will so deliver, it will be a walk in the park for anyone he endorses to take over from him.

By then you'd have the southern votes for balance, courtesy Peter Obi, who has a cult following now in the south. Only Kano, and Jigawa votes will take you no where oooh. But in any case you still decide to run, we wish you the best but kindly don't sell out to PDP nor APC.

They were both governors around the same time. What makes him think he's politically superior to Peter Obi that he cannot become his vice?
He is concerned about his party NNPP that he labored to build. He said it will collapse if he becomes vice to Peter Obi.

Did someone just make reference to Kwankwaso as greedy? Like how?

You want him to step down for someone else but you do not want that someone else to step down for him?

Politics is basically about interest and trust me, one would put his interest first before another person's.

Selah!

So what you are saying in essence is that after buhari's 8 years, it should still be the
turn of the North for perhaps another 8years That is the bigger picture your comment just painted. As a rational being, assuming you are, IS THAT CONSCIENABLE, FAIR, JUST and EQUITABLE to you

Obi is underestimating the capability of Nigerians to see this brewing revolution through. Finally, even APC and PDP would need a merger to counter it. He'd better go for another northerner, even if it's Namadi Sambo.
. Let him use a very young man from the north a sort of an activist, they full their, those who want to change the power gripe, who will convince the northern youths that it's time for northern youths to take over their destiny from the old cabals of the 1960, give him protection dress him up ,encourage him to face the cabal with collections of northern graduates mostly youths in his entourage, my dear you will see massive wave on the arise of the northern youths for change of the status quoted

I never liked that Kwakwanso face ever. That said, Obi should consider Emir Sanusi, that's a man with credibility or better still move to a strong candidate from North Central. Let NNPC, PDP and APC share north West 8 million votes. Kwakwanso was only considered because of that hooge vote not because he is competent or a technocrat.

Exactly my thought...
A strong candidate from north central will do the magic...
L.p need to secure north central and south south

Oga run for elections on your own.

Win the North and share it with Atiku. Peter Obi will manage to win 25% in very few core northern states. He will win middle belt, South South, South East. Win at least 30% in Southwest states. Cruise to victory.
No mind that one. Desperately seeking Obi to be his vice. Obi is bigger than him.

He has been in politics far longer than Peter Obi and has more expirience
1. Former deputy speaker of the house of representatives
2. Former governor
3. Former minister of defense
4. Former senator

Obi joined politics in 2002 when Kwankwaso was already a governor. So don't even compare the two when it comes to political experience. Anyway it doesn't really matter cos they're both going to lose

First thing first, I am an advocate of competence and not zoning. But since we've adopted the method of zoning in Nigeria, it would only be fair that a Southerner be in Aso Rock, come 2023.

However, in a bid to actualize this, we must not "bully" others into burying their interests basically because we want our "preferred candidate" to thrive.

Let some of the OBI-dients (not all) keep campaigning for Peter Obi, and do well to stop casting aspersions on other candidates.

dialogue is not by insisting ooo. its by weighing options and looking at what is best for Nigeria or what we need to achieve.

Anybody insisting is only going on a selfish agenda.

Pffft. Jocker.

Peter is a capitalist, Kwankwaso is a socialist. How can Peter be a vice and achieve what he wants (which is the reason for his massive support)

Kwakwanso knows deep down that he should be a vice to Peter if they want to take power. Can't he think? He is from the North, and Peter is from the South. Can't he see how this will favour him greatly in the next 8 years?

Let him remain with his NNPP, it might even be a good news for Obi.

On what basis is he insisting, zoning or competence? He has never won election with his new party so he can't claim to have a better structure than Obi.

I don't even trust him that much, he might sell out to Atiku on the election eve.

Kwakwanso is playing a spoiler for tinubu.

Tinubu actually planted and sponsored him there.

Remember the step down drama at APC primary.

Kwakwanso is being used for that.

Ganduje is the cordinator of this nonsense.

Shocker will come few weeks to election .

Ganduje has been somehow friendly with kwankwaso lately...

Peter obi is yet to take the bull by the horn. Right now its the masses doing the work for him rather than him doing much bt that doesn't mean u shouldnt have ur plans and strategies.

Till know we have not heard any direct speech from him or his people on a vp choice besides doing saying he is only a place holder.

This is not showing good direction and coordination.

Peter obi is not in control of his support base and this can be very good or bad cos they are organic Depending on what he does.
