There were no touts.

Drainages were too notch.

Awka was a bubbling safe town to visit and have fun

Rainy season was not dreaded.

OP should name one single rural road (with standard quality) that obiano built.

The link road he built between onitsha awka expressway and abagana has already started failing. Something that was completed just last year.
