If farming is thriving in where you reside, you can go into the business of selling farm chemicals (pesticides, herbicides, fertilizer, sprayers). I'm sure people are already into it in your location but I'm also sure their capital won't be as big as yours. Get a good location, set it up in a big way. Make sure you get supplies from the major distributors. Take one or two months to learn what you need to learn about it and you're good to go. That business pays like it's blood money.

The only downside of the business is that your sales drop drastically once it's dry season. But you're going to cover up fully once farming kicks off. People that are into this business here are making money. I know because I'm a farmer.
