Don’t mind them. Another Twitter fairytale who go abandon 24million naira per year salary and travel to UK to go start afresh? When it not as if such a person is under a spell.

With 24million naira per year you can rub shoulders with a politician in Nigeria nah

Which ones? Commissioners & Councilors?
Or State HOA members?

Keep in mind 24m is gross pay NOT take home oh.
Go check out the car the average Deputy governor drives. Or the secretary to state government.

For lying that PO drove Northerners away from Anambra I will not vote for Atiku anymore.

He did, everybody who's old enough and politically savvy at the time know that he did.

He removed all northerners from the civil service.

As the general elections draw nearer, the citizens look forward to choosing an amiable leader to take the reins of the nation and provide succor to the populace amid the lingering economic, security, religious and ethnic crisis in Nigeria.
A leader that can save Nigeria has emerged. His name is Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the best candidate in the three main parties.

Why you need to vote for Atiku/PDP.

We in the PDP have seen all it takes to move Nigeria forward and our candidate reflects it.

1) Atiku is not tribalistic or religiously inclined.
The other two candidates are very tribalistic and religiously inclined. PO drove northerners from Anambra, they've not forgotten. Tinubu feels christians are inconsequential but Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is a unifier, he married an Igbo Christian wife and has many youths, and a diverse community of people around him.

2) Atiku promulgated the new electronic electoral laws which produced a free and fair system.

3) Atiku us a seasoned businessman who's personal business has done way better than the other candidates. And he did it without using public funds. He hasn't being in power for about 20 years now, he has no political godson that's remitting to him, but he's still rich. He didn't owe workers salaries and save government money in his personal bank. He's not using public funds to bankroll his family.

4) Atiku is smart. He's resource oriented, that's why he doesn't make appointments based on political capabilities but on mental capabilities. That's why he chose Peter Obi in 2019 and Okowa now ahead of Nyesom Wike who is my political leader.

5) Atiku has the best chance to wrestle power from the APC and it's terrible ideologies.

Vote Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for president 2023!

God bless you for this. Lemme buttress your points

As the V.P under Gen. Olusegun Obasanjos' regime, the then Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala alongside A.A spearheaded negotiations with the Paris Club that led to the wiping out of US$30 billion of Nigeria's debt, including the outright cancellation of US$18 billion. Sometimes in 2003, the PDP, through the financd ministry, led efforts to improve Nigeria’s macroeconomic management including the implementation of an oil-price based fiscal rule. Revenues accruing above a reference benchmark oil price were saved in a special account, the "Excess Crude Account," which helped to reduce macroeconomic volatility.

It's important to note that the reduction of the aforementioned macroeconomic volatility translates to having single digit inflation rates, which is not damaging to the purchasing power of you and I, as we have it today.

Furthermore, the cancelation of these Paris Club debts, provided funds to the federal government to embark on physical infrastructure such as the rehabilitation of Sagamu-Ore-Benin expressway; Lagos-Ibadan expressway; Lagos-Kaduna railway line amongst others.

Also, he has shown that he's a lover of quality education as he's the pioneer of the first American-styled University in sub-saharan Africa; The Amerian University of Nigeria, Adamawa. So its certain that our educational sector wouldn't lack funding.

It's really a long gist.

24 million a year means 2 million a month. He lives in Lekki which is probably the most expensive residential area in Nigeria. Only God knows how much of that 2 million a month will be enough for survival in such a place, especially if you are living in rented accommodation and paying for top class security so that kidnappers will not target you.

2million a month with mater degree and you believed?

The problem is the lack of job security in Nigeria.

He may easily lose that Job when he least expects it and he goes back to square zero.

That is definitely not the case in UK cos he won't suffer even if he loses the job.

He will use half of that salary to buy luxury in Nigeria but in UK the quality of livelihood is guaranteed without putting a hole in his pocket.

In UK with a good NHS job and a supportive wife he can save up N1M a month after tax and all expenses.

I think he made a good choice.

If he found better opportunities for his kids in the UK then it's a wise decision. His rent alone could take up nearly half of the 24mil

Living in Nigeria is very risky. If you can, leave as soon as possible. Don't be deceived by those who are stuck

Nothing like being stucked, u cannot overrun your destiny. I have someone who japa to U.S in search of greener pasture, collapsed and died afta a year of japa. At the end of the whole helter skelter, na death go still end am.

24 million is $50,000 in USA grin

Some people living in some parts of USA earn less than $35,000 per annum . Then if you stay in NYC that's very expensive you can do $80,000- $120,000

This na village people doings. When you get there body go tell you undecided

Foreign currency is better but u are not going to be spending the foreign currency here while u work over there. The billings and expenses over there alone has swallowed your earnings.

He made a good decision leaving that job. He is making 2 million.
* He has no electricity
* he has no good healthcare
* he likely is spending hours in traffic and bad roads
* he can be kidnapped at any time and the government will do nothing about it
* he has a chance to get a British passport for either himself or his kids (this passport is priceless once you get it. You can loose money but your citizenship last generations) which means he or his children/grand children will not be queuing up for visas, he will be respected at airports not disrespected because you are carrying a green passport

One can easily make more that 40 million Naira in the US/Uk if you are educated and hardworking

Security is better than money sometimes

Older folks had a better nigeria
What kind of nigeria will you bring your kids up in? That fear alone drives some people out

And 24m Naija is just 40k dollars today (don’t know if it will still be the same tomorrow even)
You can make that driving Uber here

My in law who is living comfortable in Nigeria is working his visa to leave this country for Canada. The thing is that he is willing to spend more than 8m(which include school fees, visa) just to make sure he isn't here untill December, and that money is just like half of what he needs.
