Danielnino00:Even though, MacLean was truly hyped here, I still think she has not had enough minutes to show what she has got. And since Ify is probably still MOODY, nothing bad in giving MacLean a starting debut. One thing you need to know about this team is they don't have superstar so no matter who you play, they will still give you good performance. 1 Like |

Deltamani:I'm not surprised really. Basco said something similar. Playing Rita when the like of Otu was on the bench and leaving a tired Onumomu on the pitch when Gift, Ordega and Vivian was on the bench is just so questionable. |

Deltamani:Hopefully she get some minutes against zambia and if not, in the double header against USA. Since we don't know what's up with Pat, it's better we start looking for backups. |

WAFCON 2022| ‘Every Game Is Like A Final For Us’ – Plumptre Confident Ahead Zambia Tie Super Falcons and Leceister City Defender Ashleigh Plumptre has made it known that her side won’t leave any stone unturned as they look on to face the Shepolopolo of Zambia in the third place match on Friday Evening. Africa’s most successful Women National team, the Super Falcons lost to the Morrocan Ladies on Monday, 4-5 On penalties, after a 1-1 draw in regulation time, a match, which saw the Super Falcons playing with nine women in most part of the game, following red cards received by Halimatu Ayinde and Rasheedat Ajibade. Plumptre who gave out an amazing performance in the Semi-final encounter against the Atlas Lionesses has promised that they won’t relent in their last game of the tournament and would rather give their all, because every game is like a final to them. “We showed alot of character in our last game against Morocco and never expected to play in the third place game, but the final,” She said. “It showed how much solidarity we had, working for each other and making sure we got things done, even when we were two women down in most part of the game. “We are a high achieving team, and we play every game as if it is the final and tomorrow won’t be any different. We are confident of getting something positive out of the game.” She concluded. 6 Likes

They've reportedly paid them 1k each from the 10k owed each player. Why are they always never having the cash set down as the qualifiers are ongoing. Why are they always passing across this Afterthought Mentality each year and tournament?? Before you know it now, this nonsense will hamper out World Cup preparation and morale will be dented. First timers are already ready and cash is not even an issue for them. It's now us. Paying coach 2k and asst 1.5k Smh Wike abeg come save these ladies na. 2 Likes |

isan: There's a background to the statement. Prior to the commencement of AFCON it was reported that Asisat and Onome backed a 3rd term bid for Pinnick. So today looked more like an addendum to what was said earlier. Also, singing the praises of Pinnick at a time when her colleagues are still advocating for payment of bonuses isn't a good look, that said I'm of the opinion that players should steer clear of NFF politics as much as possible. 3 Likes |
