Engineer, the decking consumed up to how many bags of cements, please. The structure apparently has lots of beams which must've consumed more cements.

Did you also use the nylon for the dpc of this building? What was the purpose for using the nylon at this decking level?

1. Moisture retention in the freshly cast decking slab, the nylon makes quick drainage of water from below the slab difficult. This makes for good concrete curing practices.
2. Quality preservation for the decking wood, by keeping the wood separated from the decking slab, the quality of the wood remains high, this will allow me to reuse the wood for the next stages.

Yes they can be left unplastered if the plan is to use tiles adhesive. But in this method we are planning to apply the tiles with cement, so I usually plaster the walls and apply tiles on it with cement.
