I already launched an assault on the food before I remembered to snap a pic.

Boiler yam and fried scrambled eggs with onions and tomatoes. Washed it down with cold chocolate drink.

I think it would be interesting if people on this thread can share stories of their gastric reactions to the various combos they eat.
