For ease of mind, you can book an Airbnb on Booking.com or Agoda. They have options for free cancellations so you can cancel after the visa has been issued- though I think it might be a good idea to stay at the Airbnb until you are able to find a property to rent

Have you already booked an appointment for your biometrics? Because if you intend to try booking on that day, there may only be distant dates available by then. Or at least that's what I'm facing now.

Pessimistic much? Don't be that way because nothing is set in stone.

Divinebarz, please contact your school to find out when the latest date to arrive is. If resumption is September 26, you may still have a three-week grace to resume which gives you roughly two months to apply and for your visa.

Find out. And if the date favours you, please be proactive (by sticking to TLS website to secure an early date for your biometrics). It's very doable and I wish you luck.

Good evening all, My sister is bothered, did biometrics for famiky of 6 on 15 july sent a paid mail this morning and later in the day collection for 4 members of the family came, and the other 2 still in DMC,
Shes bothered about the other two family members and also if her visa was granted or not.

I used my parent's address because I'm not in Lagos so I mistakenly described it incorrectly on my TB and CAS details, I used Block 18, plot 20A instead of Plot 18, block 20A but on my bank statement I used the correct address.

People are in different situations when it comes to tracking

Some people even get collection mails when the tracker shows received at DMC

Please be patient and wait for your collection mail
