Very apt. Nigerians and this their mentality of my "unborn kids". What of your self and your mental health?? That's why we loot and steal with impunity all because of our so called kids and unborn kids to give them a better life.

My father did the best he could and left the stage for me. I am doing well for myself. I can't sacrifice my mental health and peace of mind because I want to provide the best for my kids. When they grow up, they face the challenges and work their way out.
confirm. We need to enjoy our sweat as men, we are humans also.

I noticed this too... i hardly see blacks in the stadium.

Some are there as contracted security personnel facing the fans and backing the pitch. grin
I did that security job in Aberdeen. Any time the city club had home games, we would apply to work as security guards, standing round the perimeter pitch, facing the whites spectators and backing the actions going on in the field. We could only turn to the pitch on hearing the shouts of goal being scored.

At the end, we would stay back to clear the stadium of plastic bottles, trash and waste. It used to be a rewarding job then as a student.

Is it that people don't know how to live freely, peacefully and happily in Nigeria? Yes I agree that there are so many challenges in Nigeria but I tell you for free, Nigeria is the most free country in the world.

I don't understand how someone with over N10million will spend all that money searching for green pastures, to me you are already on a fresh green pasture.

This is a total scam, you spend so much money educationing yourself to work for people (Whites) who don't even have your level of education.

The huge money you spend educating yourself goes to their purse, you graduate and work to better their economy.

I think Africa is really sponsoring the well being of the Western world. Back home we use all our savings to buy gadgets, expensive cars and phones. Cars that we don't even have roads to drive them. They keep releasing new version of phones, imagine people using expensive phone for a show off. Don't we think our monies are still going back to where these luxuries are coming from?

Celebrities keep upgrading their garages without employable investment. If I talk they will say what concerns you. If you know the amount of money going out from Nigeria alone for importation of phones you will cry. Yes phones are useful but using phone that worth 500k while you are earning below 150k is waste subscription not even included.

We keep blaming government for making live difficult but when we manage raise money we can't invest. We have empty land everywhere, no farming, foodstuffs are getting scarce now, but someone will prefer to raise like 5million to go and do care job abroad.

I'm tired with black man mentality cry cry cry cry

My mum was ready to borrow. I told her to stop; I don't want to put her in much debts, I don't want any pressure abeg, though she thinks I'm not ambitious enough.

Make I try US (PhD, full scholarship) and Canada (Express Entry). I need ASUU to call of strike so WES can evaluate my result.

You are very lucky to have a mum who is ready to borrow and sponsor your relocation...

Just try and show interest with her offer... even tho you ain't taking it...

Show interest and make it your plan C incase the scholarships dint work out... I pray it does..

There's nothing bad if your mum borrow to travel

So can you dispute the claim someone said on the first page, that the UK give pws to 5k out of 35k people each year?

That's about 1 in 70 people, freaking 70 people.

If this isn't a scam then i don't know what it is.

Yes I’m disputing that claim, let the person provide evidence

Can a dependent spouse work hard enough to sponsor wife's program for some schools that accept 50% tuition and balance paid afterwards?

Is there restriction on hours a dependant spouse can work a day?

Abi ooooo

People don’t just stop to think about their own life. It is always about my kids, my family, my wife, my mother etc.
The number one person you should care for FIRST is Yourself and others follow. Simple
This here is why I will not get married soon, growing up, I was the donkey of my family as per the only boy, my elder sister is short and not kinda fast enough for my parent's liking and I am many years older than my two younger siblings, so if they want anybody to get the job done ASAP, it's always me and guess what, I don't even get monetary reward for anything not even pocket money, now that I am working, they want me to get married, I no gree oooo, at least if they can't take care of me in the proper way, should I also rush to take care of an adult woman and children neglecting myself totally in the scheme of things...

Who mental health help? If spouse can do 20hrs per week and dependant do 8 - 6pm job, they can meet up. It's just a sacrifice for a year when spouse is done with program and start work, the dependant work hours will be reduced.

Bro, I didn't come from a well-to-do family. She just clock 60 and will soon retire. By now I Nah me suppose to they run things, not taking from her at my age. I think she believes in me more than I believe in myself. I try to be extra careful in anything I do a trait I took for my dad which isn't too good.

Dude, you not a kid... so I won't tell you what to do...
But I must confess to you... for your mum to even though about sponsoring you abroad! She mean something good for you...

Tho I understand her age and you felt it should be other way round by taking care of her....

But some opportunities are not common dis days...
I will advice you to accept her proposal..

Lot of parent sold dere houses to send dia kids abroad..

The only advice I will give you is that... if you aiming on relocating, pls focus on this countries

Yankee
UK
Canada
Australia
Germany
Holland
Austria...

Other than that..

Don't bother to waste her money...

And be optimistic that whatever you face when you land... you will succeed...

well he should count the risk. Because even if he lands a good job, he would be working to pay back the debt and remember you have bills and tax to pay.
