First, remove Peter Obi from that statement because he has neither been your president nor minister of power/petroleum resources.

Secondly, if Buhari was a sensible man, he would know that it was more logical to borrow and fix power instead of railways. For goodness sake, Nigeria was doing so fine without those so-called railways because we had federal and state roads all over the place.
