It looks like you just started reading up about Atheism and it is shacking you.

Your logic collapsed in front of you as you called a Nigerian who disbelief Mohamadu Buhari as the president of Nigeria and the one who claims that Donald Trump is the President of Nigeria are BOTH DELUSIONAL and I will add or REBELLIOUS!

Of course God is a TITLE and in relating with newbie Atheists, I always put a qualifier "God the Creator" which is still both a title BUT Generic !

As newbie Atheists probably you are not aware that Atheism is not a DISBELIEF in Yahweh or Allah or Vishnu BUT a Disbelief in the existence of any DEITY/God!
So you see that you are the one who need to go back to read up what you've been brainwashing yourself with.

The question of which God/Deity is irrelevant. You are the one who has thoroughly misappropriated the definition of Atheism you claim to be!

It looks like you’ve NEVER read on what theism and atheism is.

Your logic is the one that collapsed in front of you, I never mentioned “buhari, trump” talkless of “president”. You’ve started believing abi instead of seeing fact, believer?

God is a title. Title for what? .
you can put “god the problem” it doesn’t matter.
Indoctrinated Theists like you are ignorant of what they worship.

God is an English word, where does it come from?
What language was tanakh and New Testament written in.
Your ignorance is glaring, no wonder you are worshipping a middle east god.

Bwahahahah, now we have the standard definition of atheism.
And theism will be the opposite of this right?

Theism is not a BELIEF in Yahweh or Allah or Vishnu BUT a BELIEF in the existence of any DEITY/God! cheesy

Believe in God existed tens of thousands of years before Christianity. Christianity is a relatively new religion. Get your facts right.
I wonder the relevance of your response to

God is simply a TITLE used by Christians to depict the SOURCE and ORIGIN of Everything!

God is a TITLE in Hebrew ELOHIM and in Greek Theo's!
For we Christians and Jews, the specific name or Identity of God is Yahweh!

But nobody loves money more than Nigerian Christians. Have you entered a Nigerian pentecostal church before?

Christians means Christ-like!

As you yourself have seen and know Christians go to church but not all church goers are Christians.

And church goers have proven beyond all reasonable doubt that they are not Christ-like, therefore, they are not Christians.

They are even atheists only that they have not yet accepted that Truth to themselves.

The term “god” “president” didn’t just fall from heaven like “manna”
We have etymology, where these words come from and the meaning behind it.
Look up on the origin.

Theos means gods in greek
Elohim means gods hebrew
English God comes from greek Theos(Theology, atheism theism), another also comes from germanic origin but that means “to pour”.
Sorry you didn’t know.
Olorun means “sky god”.
Orisha is God in yoruba
Allah is a Aramaic word that also means elohim, and means gods.

Your religion thrives on ignorance

A miracle is generally defined, according to the etymology of the word—it comes from the Greek thaumasion and the Latin miraculum—as that which causes wonder and astonishment, being extraordinary in itself and amazing or inexplicable by normal standards.

We have so many magicians that can do that. Even in Christianity you can see the mockery of “miracles”

I don't understand you, bros. It's like saying, "since you like smoking why don't you smoke openly and walk around with a lighter everywhere you go."

Perception is everything bro. How people see you and the image you project is everything. So if Nigerians see an irreligious person as 'satanic' why would I want to associate myself to that image?

Even Jay-Z said, "Niggas couldn't do nothing with me; they put the devil on me
I'd have preferred niggas to squeeze the metal on me"

Christians tend to talk down on Moslems for being radical especially when you blasphem. But they on the other hand cant stand it when someone becomes illuminated and sees religion for what it is. They'll literally bannish you amongst them.

See what they (religious people) did to Salman Rushdie because of a novel he wrote decades ago called The Satanic Verses.

I don't engage superstitious folks at all.
I don't like to be a bearer of bad news.

Because accepting a new truth has stages.

Every problem passes through three stages on the way to acceptance: First, it appears laughable; second, it is fought against; third, it is considered self-evident.

When people are told a Truth that shocks their core values the first reaction is Denial or you laugh about it.

Then you'll vehemently deny it because it means to say that everything they have ever believed in their lives was wrong

And people don't like being wrong or 'stupid'

So when you front your irreligious views and show people certain truths you'll be at the receiving end of that hatred. Which is why superstitious people dread atheists and irreligious people.

Then you have gradual acceptance because it's evident but you never had someone show it to you in a different angle before

I only engage in religious topics if I notice you have passed at least the first 2 stages of dealing with the shock of accepting the truth.

The same trend is currently happening with Peter Obis movement in Nigeria.

We first laughed at his ambitions..
Then he's being fought
Next thing is gradual acceptance because even the blind can see that our country needs a COMPLETE OVERHAUL
You got every other thing right until you mentioned Peter Obi.

Peter Obi is a wrong fit for this statement as an individual who has come to the epiphany that reason/logic supersedes every other thing.

You should have realized by now that Peter Obi nor Tinubu nor Atiku is the solution to the problem of Nigeria.

Yes we need an absolute overhaul but ask yourself... is electioneering the key to the overhaul. No it isn't!!!

Peter Obi to me is not different from every other Nigerian politician.. act the saint and miserly only to get power and the leopard starts showing its skin.

Even if you assume PO is the solution.. you should realize by now that there are some forces within the country (not spiritual) bigger than the presidency and till this time in the democratic era only one man (OBJ) has been able to overcome those forces.
But despite overcoming those forces he still went ahead to misuse the power for his own purposes and gains.

If you can think deep you will realize that what Nigeria needs now is not Peter Obi, it's not another election year.

What Nigeria needs is restructuring which includes decentralization of power, change of constitution and a couple of other things.

As a person who claim to have embraced the reality and truth which is REASON... you should know restructuring first then electioneering later even if it takes decades to complete the restructuring process then till then any forms of election should be placed on hold.

Until we come to this reality we will keep going round in circles.. complaining of the same things every four year tenure.

By the way I'm a deist... as for faking what you don't believe in... To me it's more like you are trying to get acceptance and impress/please people.

As a deist every where I go people know what the Bleep I believe in... I don't talk about my belief nor do I engage in religious argument cos i don't argue with ignoramus fellows.

But from my indifference to religious issues.. people always have a clue that I don't give a F about religion.. and they don't even come near me to preach about religion cos they know if they do they are in for a rejection.

Stick to your belief and let others stick to theirs.. you don't need to make anyone believe in what you do believe in.
It's a waste of energy that can transferred elsewhere.

If you are like me who doesn't try to fit in and doesn't give a Bleep.. you wouldn't even have a single thought about how the society perceives your belief.

Don’t be blinded by ignorance
You lack the knowledge of what “atheism” and “theism means.

A Satanist believes in Satan. Satan is a deity.
Theists are the only one that believes in Deities.
Outside Theologies, Satan is not found.
A satan worshipper is a monotheist or a monolatrist, which are under THEISM.

Atheists don’t believe nor know who “Satan” is.

And hope you know satan is a verb not a person.
I wish you are humble enough to fill yourself with knowledge before splashing about the waters of reason

The Satanist groups that appeared after the 1960s are widely diverse, but two major trends are theistic Satanism and atheistic Satanism. (1) Theistic Satanists venerate Satan as a supernatural deity, viewing him not as omnipotent but rather as a patriarch. In contrast, atheistic Satanists regard Satan as a symbol of certain human traits.(2)

How Can We Know God Is Really There?
We can see God in creation. The irreducible complexity of all creation points to intelligent design. The beauty and practicality of all creation shows God cares for those he creates and appreciates our beauty.

On a logical standpoint, we have to consider how the universe came into existence in the first place. Because of the second law of thermodynamics, the universe is finite. That means something infinite had to create it. And based on the mathematical patterns and complexity we see in creation, it had to be something all-powerful, personal, and eternal.

All of creation points to a Creator (Psalm 19:1-4)

So we can ask where did God come from, or who created God? The answer is that God has always been there, and no one created him.

But he did create us. We can see his fingerprints on everything. Creation proves God’s infinite nature, his compassionate spirit, and his power and knowledge. Better than any other god presented by any other religion, our Father wants a personal relationship with his creation.
