I am gainfully employed as a public servant who is unsure what the future holds as the coming elections might not turn out in my favor. So I'll love my wife and kids to relocate using the student route. My question is, what course can my wife apply for with her poor class of degree that'll guarantee her a stay after? And as young as my kids are, will they be allowed to tag along? Will we need to apply with an older nanny for them or we can state that we will hire one over there so they won't affect her studies? And like how much is the minimum amount that will be required? Thanks.

I don't think they're prioritizing single dependants' visa applications right now. My partner is also already there and since July 20th application is still at DMC. They had not even made a decision as at last week Friday.

Has the studies lasted for the entire 5 years? The studies can be part of what they have been engaged in but what else? The ECO would not be expecting a minute by minute account however they would need to state other significant activities that can be reasonably explained and substantiated.

If a student who graduated in 2017 (5 years study gap) has been sent a NSF mail requesting for what he or she has been doing since graduation, can the person upload further studies (M.Sc) admission letter and result as what he/she has been doing during the 5 years period?. Will they have a problem with proving academic progression?.

I hope you haven’t paid for this flight.
The itinerary shows you have to sort out the transfer from Billund Airport in Denmark to Gdańsk Airport in Poland by yourself. Did you factor in time to clear immigration, retrieve your luggage and get to the airport for your next flight? I understand you’re trying to cut cost but in this instance, it’s not worth the stress.

Am also having the same issue they have asked for additional documents ,when I am sending it am getting a mailbox full message..

It's not unfortunate that she has a third class. There are schools that give admission with 3rd class. Browse through the thread or Google to find them.

For your kids, I've read here that you'll be needing a nanny for them. You pay the nanny for their service.

You'll need to plan faster and make more research. Go through the thread thoroughly, every single information you need is here.

Sadly, there are lots of fake visa alerts on this forum. POF agents parading as either applicants or MA with families looking for gullible people to defraud. Often time, there’s always a story attached to the supposed visa success. SMH
