Relationship between both was great and marriage planned without the lady complaining of my friends earnings. My dear today, the guy owns lots of properties and living large working with multinational company abroad. Both are still happily married and wife no longer working. Foundation of Relationship shouldn't be built on a man's earnings or monetary terms.

What 100K can buy today was buyable with 40k 2 years ago.

100k divided by 30 days average day per month is 3k plus 10k surplus
So u need to manage 3k per day
If transportation to work is free which is workable and expected for low salary of such
Feed 1200 each day
Rent is 300 per day for rent of approximately 9k per month
If little transport is involved say 500 per day
Domestic, medications and daily running 500
Total is 2500 u can save 500 per day plus initial 10k from the original money.

Warning... Avoid family problem, numerous ladies, habits that consume money and police case.

There house rent could be cheaper among foodstuff, if who answers you lives in Ebonyi, what if the couple practising it lives in Kano?

My neighbor with his wife and 3 kids is earning 40k per month, his wife is doing nothing at the moment and they are living happily, his children are eating to their satisfaction.
See, in this present economy, no amount of money is enough! The higher you earn, the higher the demand and increase in taste.

it is not enough if the woman is jobless, today's marriage entails u marry a woman that has a job, maybe u should go and get a job first then we would know if 100k from ur husband and 100k from u is not enough for d home, or do u intend to be jobless and a housewife ?

1. Rent one bedroom flat-25-30k monthly
2. Feeding-30k monthly
3. Transportation-10k
4. Cloths-15k
5. Savings-12k

I don't blame you Nigeria girls with this entitlement mentality towards men finances, I blame all the simping African or black men who devoted their entire lives to worshipping women. This is because Nigeria is such a corrupt country, some people get a lot of money without doing anything to earn it, while some people are working hard and earning pittance. Time will come that women like you will have to marry your dad who can continue to take care of you like a baby till your adulthood.
