Hi there,

Nobody gets rejected for ‘too much money’. You get rejected when you can’t show the source of the money, if if there are unexplained lump sum deposits in the account. Make sure you submitting supporting documents from your sponsor like:
-Their employment letter/business registration documents
-payslips
-documents of assets they have eg land, if available
-any other doc that shows their financially stable

2, My spouse deposited 4M Naira (bulk sum) into my account for my one-year upkeep.

3, I moved the money from my mutual benefit money market account in Stanbic IBTC to a regular account in GTB. I explained why I moved it. The money was there in the first application, but I felt the VO was of the opinion that it would not be easily accessible. I showed a trail of how I moved it with bank alerts and stated that the account has been in operation for years and all the money was ours, with no bulk payment from outside sources.

How should this scenerio be handled?

Tope applied for admission through study route for Sept intake while still in Naija in April....

She also applied for PR through Express Entry/PNP and entered the pool in May.....

She got ITA and Nomination in July, and PPR in August. She landed in Canada 1week to school resumption....
COPR +Study permit

How will she adjust her status as a landed PR from an international student with a study permit? What are the processes or consequences ? Is this even possible

Answers needed to solve this puzzle!!

Just update school with new status if he still wants to go to school.

1, I paid my first-semester tuition in my first application. So, for my second application, I paid the second-semester tuition too

2, My spouse deposited 4M Naira (bulk sum) into my account for my one-year upkeep.

3, I moved the money from my mutual benefit money market account in Stanbic IBTC to a regular account in GTB. I explained why I moved it. The money was there in the first application, but I felt the VO was of the opinion that it would not be easily accessible. I showed a trail of how I moved it with bank alerts and stated that the account has been in operation for years and all the money was ours, with no bulk payment from outside sources.

As many had advised, COPR is what will be accepted at the POE.
For school, you can scan your COPR to them, pending when your PR card is issued to enable them adjust your status, and fee.
This also offers you the opportunity to get student loan and grants.

How should this scenerio be handled?

Tope applied for admission through study route for Sept intake while still in Naija in April....

She also applied for PR through Express Entry/PNP and entered the pool in May.....

She got ITA and Nomination in July, and PPR in August. She landed in Canada 1week to school resumption....
COPR +Study permit

How will she adjust her status as a landed PR from an international student with a study permit? What are the processes or consequences ? Is this even possible

Pls I have a few questions for you. I used FBNQuest Investment certificate & First bank fixed deposit certificate in my application.

1. Did you explain in your first application that the money is readily available to you within a particular request time?

2. Did you request for a reference letter from the mutual fund office which should address the VO directly stating the conditions of the mutual fund and statement of mutual fund account showing the date of investment?

3. If you got a reference letter, did it include a personnel contact email which the VO may contact for quick inquiries?

I seriously need assistance,

I paid one agent for my post graduate application in April 14, he sent the admission in may, and I also paid for visa application in may 19, in July 15 I went for my biometric.
Up till now I have not hear anything from him, when I called just of recent he said I should keep checking my mail.
When I checked the biometric slip I discovered he used different mail for me.

Please I Don't know much about this process kindly shed more light.

Is it possible to expect decision without medical

Please stop sending email to them for now, give them like a month, if you didn't hear from them and there is no further update on your application after a months start sending another email.

And make sure your application has exceed the processing time frame on their website (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html) which is 12weeks before sending email.
