I broke up this morning

He blocked one number but not the other
I blocked him both but i hv unblocked him now

Im very worried about him, if hes fine,if hes not sad, if hes eating,if hes not suicidal etc
If hes not crying etc
Meanwhile past experiences has shown me that my guy usually live his normal life and happy whenever we break up while i will be worried about his state of happiness

Even though i know this, im still very worried if hes okay. What should i do to mind my sadness?

I called him today,he didnt pick
No response,
So i said I know theres a girl with him thats why hes not picking

Then gbam, he responded back, and it seems all the problems in my heart just disapeared. Then i called him, he picked,as i heard his hello,it feels like I arrived in heaven. I hv begged him and he is still pissed but not angry,he has been speaking with you

So my question is how do people break up? I hv realized breakup is nt possible for me, evn if hes a bad person, would accept him like that, because breakup is synonymous to death for me
Even friendships, i find it very difficult to let go of friends,and thus i dont keep friends,make/female, bcx i hate to let go of people i genuinely care about
