Yes they do, alternatively you can pay the school to do an internal evaluation of your transcript. Use this link to read more on transcripts evaluation: https://www.royalroads.ca/admission/admission-requirements/international-credential-evaluation Ojb555666:

Jenny255:OK, but I have a little problem, 1) I lost my original certificate, I only have the certified true copy now 2) The date of birth on my transcript is different from what I have in my Intl passport, though have affidavit for that. I hope this won't pose a problem with their evaluation? And how much they charge for evaluation please? |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by vividlooks(f): 3:06pm On Aug 29, 2022 |
Makibarbie:If you have documentation for your change of name(marriage certificateand newspaper publication), use that to support your application. In my case I didn't add these but when school requested to know why name on ID Was different from school certifications, I had to just provide them and added a footnote. Just ensure you provide enough proof to show relationships with ypur sponsor |

| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Bobomaigida: 3:25pm On Aug 29, 2022 |
PatrickOkunima:Bro, you can contact the particular college for waiver if the admission is for graduate programme. |

1) I honestly don’t know as I didn’t apply to the school, I only helped a friend (and she had her original certificate) but to get this sorted out just send a mail to the admissions team and they’ll get back to you: international.admissions@royalroads.ca 2) Your affidavit will do, it clearly explains the mistake and if I’m right, most transcripts don’t have a D.O.B so you are good to go. | Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Bobomaigida: 3:27pm On Aug 29, 2022 |
Ojb555666:Universities do not ask for WES evaluation, you only have to your transcripts to the Universities of Colleges when you are applying. |

Makibarbie:If your current legal name is in your husband’s name, then apply using your current legal name. Some schools during application will ask if you are married or not. Should you are worried because your certificates carries your former surname, it does not matter. Only provide proof of change of name when asked. Regards. |

Yes, you are correct, lump sums are always a red flag, but since the money comes from a fixed deposit and is in your name, visa officers are unlikely to have issues with it. You can show the trail from the fixed deposit to your account by submitting the investment certificate, proof of transfer and bank statements. You can also get a letter from the bank to support your explanation. Instead of removing dad from the account, why can’t you use dad as a sponsor since his name is on the fixed account? Besides, you are a recent graduate with no work experience. Get a gift deed from dad if you insist on being a self-sponsor. KellyTech007: |

Hi there, The name does not matter as long as you can show you are married. It is not odd for couples to bear different surnames/last names. If you currently bear a different surname/last name from your husband, simply attach your marriage certificate as a proof of your marriage. Cheers. Makibarbie: |

He should have the option to hold on to his Naija license after passing the knowledge test. They usually give the option to hold onto it or change it to a BC learner’s license until the road test kennyjoy: |
