According to what i heard from newcasters, it is a crime to try to induce or profer any form of compensation in return for a body organ in the UK, if that's the case then the age or the debate of the boy being a minor or underage is of no consequences , what the prosecutors will try to establish is a case of organ buying.

That is the job of the police to do and he should actually be suing David for criminal breach of trust and commital to prison here in Nigeria if he Ekweremmadu truly has nothing to hide.

The boy never claimed to be minor. And if you think the boy claimed to be minor, show me the link to that news where David personaly claimed to be minor. It was the media dishing out different figures to sell their papers. Minor or no minor was not part of the charges before Ekweremadus in UK court. You can browse the court's website and read their charges for confirmation.

What you don't know is bigger than you. You don't know that in UK it is a serious criminal offence to buy human organs? Luring the poor guy to UK in guise of promise of a better life is one evil, and not seeking his consent is another. Lastly, claiming to buy his organs is the worst of it according to UK laws.

Ekweremadu and his wife will get nothing less than 50 years imprisonment in UK before returning to Nigeria. They can't escape it.

I don't see why Ekweremmadu, his wife, or any other family members can't donate a kidney to their daughter instead of brainwashing this hungry looking boy to donate his kidney. I like the way the young boy handles the whole thing.

It is in the write up as well; just chill, take a break like Biden and face your family, not only the child.

When a child is that sick, it is actually the whole family that is sick and need their father.

Even praying together helps a lot and that requires his presence but political meetings won't permit that. As the head, he even carries more grace to get healing for his child like the govt official in the bible who travelled several miles to see Jesus for the healing of his son.

You can always start from where you stopped in politics but if your child dies or you lose your family, you will struggle for life to forgive yourself even to the grave.

This case is dicy. The guy is clearly trying to play a fast one by blocking his bio data from getting to the UK authorities. However, I think it's also illegal in the UK to prep someone from another country to come donate organ for a sick person as the legitimacy of such "consent" can be seriously influenced by bribery, kidnapping close relatives, etc.

So it's not looking as straightforward as many people would want to think.
