Good morning to the gurus here, can someone please explain to me how to send transcripts to WES and how much does it cost? If my school will be sending to WES directly, is there a fee attached to it? Please put me tru

You are to apply to your school to forward your transcript to WES. Input your WES details and WES courier address and it will be sent to WES directly.

Hi olokings, please shade more light on the process of making payment with local currency via CIBC. I have previously tried to pay my tuition fee using Naira but it did not work out. I tried it with Access bank.

olokings:
Hello Fam,
Just to drop my 50 cent and hopefully give someone insight.

So I've been looking for accommodation in New Brunswick Fredericton for some days now without success.

I applied for UNB residence (I'm going for post grad in Fredericton) and even though I was super late, my application was granted.

Application fee was charged from my student account which was already funded with form A.

Now here comes the icing, they started in their site that I can pay room deposit in my local currency using CIBC and I decided to test it with a $CAD50.00 deposit. Behold to my amazement, I was charged N17772 (surcharges included), meaning they processed it at $CAD1 = N420 which is a great deal. Saves me a whole lot of black mkt stress n forex delays...

By the way, I would like to be added to the Nigerian Association in Fredericton whataapp group.

Thanks

Hello, please can someone help me with this.
I need to make tuition payment using the form A for Fanshawe college but I am not seeing any banking details on how to do so only flywire details were written on my offer letter. Do I need to mail the school to ask them for the invoice?
Also can I still use the Form A for diploma program.
Anyone that has paid their fees in the college should let me know also
Thank you all.

Hello Femi

How often have you been sending mails and Webforms to IRCC?

Have you tried sending mails to the MPs of the province where your school is located?

Have you ordered your GCMS notes?

9 months is a long period though, you shouldn't be sleeping..

Peace

Hello House can less than 10m Bank statement be okay as proof of funds?
And also how does MBS works please?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by makano: 4:26pm On Sep 05, 2022
Hello House

To correctly answer your question, you will have to mention your full tuition fees..

Anyways find below to answer your question

Full Tuition fees + 14KCAD (Living expenses + Missi).

Convert your total to Naira, then that will answer your question..

And as for MBS, for some banks, you can generate it from your Bank App. For some, you will have to go your bank to inform them about MybankStatement (MBS)..

Peace

If you are doing this for the purpose of your study permit Application, then WES isn't necessary..

Its only compulsory for a Permament Residency application..

Hello Oluwasegun

Once you have your updated LOA, then you can send to IRCC via email or Webform.

But on a norms, if your application is to be approved, IRCC will request for an Updated LOA..

Since then nothing.... I just did a new medicals last week Monday which is already updated to pass

Order for ur gcms notes to know what is actually going on with your application..

In addition, your PPR may likely drop before your GCMS drops..

Hello Kukoyimukthar

Your question is kinda clumsy though..

If I should understand you, you wanna re-apply with your LOA which has the last start date of September, right?

And you wanna know what will happen if your Visa doesn't come our before the Last start date, am I correct?

Wanna be sure of your question before advising you..

Peace

You can only pay boarding and meals via card.
From your school page, there prompts to navigate you to the relevant CIBC page to make payments and generate payment instruction.

It is stated in the school website they only recurve boarding and meals via debit/ credit card in local currency.

Ciao

I replied cos I have made payment on wes recently and i have knowledge that naira cards no longer work for int'l payments. I used barter card for my payment before it was blocked. I don't understand what you mean by withholding info after responding to your questions repeatedly.

If you cannot google and get a virtual USD card that works like I did with barter card before it was blocked, be careful with sending your funds to someone and getting scammed here.

Google luck.

Please how much did you pay for the WES evaluation in naira?

Good Evening Fam
Hope we've all been faring well?

I've been a silent reader on the platform for a while now, and now I'm ready to apply for admission, I have some questions of serious concern to me.

Around November 2020, I applied to the University 1 program (Bsc International business) at the University of Manitoba. I was admitted and applied for my study permit some weeks later.
Please note that at this time, I was in my year 4 in a Nigerian uni, studying chemical engineering.

My study permit application was rejected in April 2021.
Fast forward to now, I have finished my bsc, and I graduated with a 2.2 grade. I'm interested in a business analytics course in Canada.

My questions are as follows.

1) Will my previous Bsc application affect my current application in any way, considering I'll be going for a diploma.(In my first application, I stated that I had no post secondary school education, and same thing refelcted on the SOP I wrote then.

2) Is it better to apply for a diploma in Chemical Engineering/technology just to avoid complexities during the visa application, or do I go ahead with the business analytics diploma I'm interested in.

3) Its been kinda difficult to find business analytics diploma programs. Is it okay to go with graduate certificate programs?

I'd appreciate responses from different people, and people who have been in the same situation.

Cheers everyone

@Makano my question is Am applying for visa the second time which I submitted in August 18 but on my LOA I have the last start date for my class which is September 8 . But my question is if eventually I didn’t register for the class and later on my ppr drop can I still go?
Or I need to reapply for another admission .
I think my question is clear now @Makano

Peace ✌️

Defer your admission to January 2023, you should send emails to your school that you want to defer your admission and explain the reason for your admission deferral.....
