Do you know that; almost every married persons make mistake of spouse, especially men. Those that didn't regret their choice are those that understand there dilemma on time and managed the situation.

“Every married person” is such a stupid generalization. Don’t you have a mom? Was she a torn in your flesh to your dad? Not every wife is bad. Some are really good and give peace of mind.

This is why one need a strong father figure, since they will save and guide you from mistakes that would damage your life, because they've passed through those phases.

If I'll have any regret, then it would be letting a woman that truly loves me go. As in, I break her heart. But I was not stupid then. I made an agreement with myself that I may not find another woman that would love me like her. I knew the consequences. And I accepted it.

Luckily, I continously met woman that loves me, so it kinda reduce the pain. But yes, I know for sure that I escaped lots of other deadly mistakes in life due to my dad, and my mum. Two strong people that will never let me fall and will interrupt any of us making a mistake.

Yea, I have made some bad mistakes in life, but i have little or no regret about them. I hate regrets with so much passion, so i try as much as possible to avoid them using the following:

1) I make decisions slowly and thoughtfully, overthinking dey worry me sef.
2) I consult and hold myself accountable to other people (mostly my friends), so that they can knock some senses into my head.
3) I try as much as possible to give my very best to every opportunity i have. When things fail, deep down i know i tried my best.
4) I study other people's lives and learn from their mistakes. I believe it is only fools that repeat other people's mistakes or wait to learn from their own mistakes. Experience is not always the best teacher.
5) I see disappointments and failure as lessons, not regrets.

That's me practicing deep breathing and doing some sh!!ty yoga.....with the deep breathing i ended up having chronic allergic rhinitis,that has leaves my body revved up and also with problem falling asleep.......I cursed the day i came across that sh!t

Of all the mistakes, the mistake of neglecting good or golden oppurtunities is the worst.
