Could have been peer or family influence, could have been flow of the moment thinking. I wonder how seriously heart-broken that man would have been! I'm glad he moved on, but God never sleeps and he orders the karma. I remember my ex back then, beautiful model at 6ft2, in love(or so) with me until her uncle abroad told her she should further her education than get married. Unfortunately she dropped her end of the stick and I had a ghastly accident thinking of how cold she went. I know of a lady who did same thing to my friend who had to come all the way from Abuja to visit this girl almost every two months. When this girl's mother died, this guy collected hi yearly contribution and spend all during the burial. This girl drained this guy finances and left the guy empty. During the guy next visit, the girl boldly told the guy that she is no longer interested in the relationship. Meanwhile the guy has completed everything about the marriage "introduction' and he spent good money that day. After much pleading and begging the girl insisted that her answer is NO. The guy left weeping and married to another girl in Calabar. I called the girl and advised her to return the money the guy spent on those marriage formalities she refused. Now 16 years after she is still single and frustrated.
