I’ve been a silent reader for the past two and half months.
Join me to Thank God, I got my PPR this Afternoon.

MY BREAKDOWN
Application Submission = 29th June 2022
Biometric at Vfs = 2nd June 2022
Upfront medicals = 15th June 2022

No update until this morning 17th September 2022.
Both BVL and PPR came.

I applied through an agent so I didn’t have access to my account to know when eligibility started or when anything was passed.

DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
1. All IRCC mandatory documents I.e IMM
2. 2 MBS and one printed bank statement from my parents
3. Admission letter to MUN
4. IELTS 7.5 Academic
5. Cover Letter less than a page from sponsor(they just signed, no notary)
6. WAEC Certificate
7. University Certificate and Transcript
8. Professional certification from Coursera
9. LOI, just a page
10. Police Certificate
11. US travel history 2ce
12. School fees receipt CAD7,500

This is all I can remember now but I know I did not submit any house property at all, nothing was notarized. No avidavit. No gift deed. I used both parents as sponsors so I only used their bank statement and not mine.

I pray that for those who are waiting, they get their own ver soon too. Amen.
I already differed my admission to January so I’ll just be here till then.

Btw my friend who applied on July 8th and did his biometric in about a week from that and also did his upfront medicals same week also got this morning with me, same timeframe.

Please how do I submit my passport to Vfs for stamping thanks? I did my biometrics at Lagos Vfs office.

6. Police Clearance Certificate
7. Scanned page of my UK visa
8. Father’s international passport
9. Mother’s Voter’s card
10. Jamb admission letter
11. University of Lagos Bio-data
12. University of Lagos Transcripts

PROOF OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT:
1. My letter introducing who will support me (Father)
2. Parents letter of support
3. Father’s bank statement (his company account)
4. Parents affidavit of support
5. Dad’s assets documents
6. Admission deposit receipt (No tuition paid just non-refundable deposit)
7. Letter of Accommodation from my Uncle (I’ll be staying with him and his family)
8. Parents business documents

After my upfront medical, I decided to add some documents along with the e-medical sheet I sent to them;
1. Letter introducing the additional documents (stating I did internship in LUTH for 3 months (2 years) during school just to show my willingness for my medical degree)
2. Letter given to me at LUTH for my SIWES (internship program)
3. E-medical sheet.

The story behind my application is a testimony and God is truly amazing!!!! I was even planning to send some other documents next week sef because I was worried about lump-sum in his account I want to specially thank @Frankrobbn1 for his professional hand in my application, if you don’t indulge Mr Frank you’re dulling oo!!!! He’s really good with his job!!! I recommend him 100% and he’s very patient too because I know I disturbed him ehnnn lmaooooo! I also want to specially thank @Ebite2000 for his encouragement throughout my waiting period, Thank you so much!!! I want to appreciate everyone here for their kind words and motivation and to those still awaiting decision I pray you receive your positive response very soon!! Canada here I come

Provided you're not from a visa-exempt country (which Nigeria definitely isn't) you must apply for a TRV
TRV is what they give when they stamp your passport, it is what grants you entry into Canada while the study permit lets you Study in Canada.
Please fill it as soon as possible

Pls when I checked my children's portal, it showed IMM5257 not provided.

I tried to fill the form so as to submit as requested by IRCC but realised the form is for age 18 and above or primary applicant. My children don't fall into this category, what do I do?

I contacted some gurus and they said the requested documents on their portal is due to system glitch and it should be ignored because children below age 18 don't need to fill it.

Pls, everyone's input will be appreciated before the due date.

They may not believe that you will return to Nigeria.

Please, is there anybody that got admitted into Royal Roads University Masters program?
Is WES credential evaluation mandatory before getting the admission?

I doubt there's any that offered students loan to university Canada West, their admission is very easy but tuition fee is dear and no loan or scholarship. What course are you going for? I hope the course is pgwp eligible as only few courses are eligible there (about only 4 courses or thereabout)

I'm going to Niagara College, NOTL campus. The school only listed places4students.com, which is not very helpful.

You can also check PadMapper, Zumper, rentals.ca, and Facebook Marketplace.

Maybe your school's Facebook group will be helpful too.

It’s asking for (Application for a Temporary Resident Visa made outside Canada IMM 5257) even tho Study permit application was provided.

Deadline to be submitted October 8.

Chairman, it costs you nothing to fill and submit this thing they are asking for. You are doing as if you want to be teaching them their job. Don't waste precious time submit what they are asking you to do because it's your application not theirs.
