The image you attached is unclear and illegible. I replied to your email, send the file (redacted) to me there if you so desire.

I have somewhat bad news. Per the attached image, you will not be eligible for Post Graduate Work Permit after you finish from this school.

Confirm by searching: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/prepare/designated-learning-institutions-list.html

Now, perhaps you knew this, but most people do not.

EDIT: https://www.itdcanada.ca/admission-requirements/

Their website says you will likely need to apply for a work permit as they do co-ops. This could solve the PGWP problem. I suggest you clarify with the school.

EDIT 2: I forgot to answer your other questions:
- I have heard of POF companies, but do not know any personally.
- SOA is an integral part of the study permit application.
- This depends on the school's deferment policy. Peruse their website first, then email them with your case and questions.
- If your personal account has $15,000 +, I suggest that you use it. Break down the costs you will be expected to pay: Accommodation, food, transport, etc. Find a way to justify how you can cover all those expenses. Or how you have a guaranteed savings. E.g: you'll be staying with a friend close to the school. He has allowed you to only pay him $250 a month (or nothing); therefore, they should subtract accommodation concerns from your POF/SOA consideration.

GOD Bless you Sir I appreciate your help. Thank you. I’ll send to you right away and I’ve equally send them a mail for clarity.

Sorry to disturb you again, were you applying for Bachelor's degree or Masters?
Because another university repeated the very same statement.
Which school is this? Are you applying for undergraduate program?

When you drop a question, you check if you have been responded to before you drop again. I ask again… Is there a school that requires exam in Canada? Or who has been advising you

Your eligibility review had started.
I am a student of UofT. I am already in Canada. I want my wife to visit me in Canada this christmas. We don't have kids yet.

My question now are

1 Whose IRCC account will be used for the application? Will my wife apply or me?
2 Where will I upload her invitation letter that I wrote
3 How long before they approve the visa?
4. What are the documents that I need?

Since you are already in Canada… I thought you should be in a better position to answer the questions? You can call them even from what I’ve read so far from here. You should apply for her with your IRCC account. Once you have filled in all information, the supporting documents needed should surface just like when you did your own application or did you use an agent? This one you are asking of where to upload invitation letter.
Again as someone that has gone tru this before you should know that no one has an answer as to how long visa approval takes. Still find a way to call IRCC
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by cooooooks(m): 9:47am On Sep 19, 2022
You probably have to use hers as she's the primary in this application.

When you apply, you can upload the Invitation Letter as part of Client Information. You can upload multiple documents there, just merge the files.

Check processing times for a guesstimate.

Do the come to Canada for the documents you need.

Since you're in Toronto, I STRONGLY suggest you seek a free organisation that helps immigrants. I know the names of some in Montreal and Alberta but not Toronto.

Just keep shut if you cannot answer question in a civil way. Because You sound so frustrated. Yes, I used an agent and even if I applied by myself the first time, this is my first time of inviting someone to Canada

Okay, so her account will be used for everything? Meaning, I should forward the invitation letter to her?

I may not be able to respond to you on this as I don't have knowledge about visitation visa application or spouse work permit. You might have to wait for someone with the knowledge to advise you or better still you can check on IRCC for details and how to apply as a couple.

Documents to attach would always be on the portal once you select the right application to go for.

Good luck

Hi ChineduOC,
I do not want to post your response to CharitoJames, sincerely it is not proper, she answered you without malice, but your response to her is not really appropriate. We all have to stoop to conquer, if you felt the her response was not what you needed, you should have just "waka pass" . You are the one requesting for help, just ask your questions and take the relevant answers. Please I will plead with you to delete the post.
