Unfortunately, my visit visa refused! it is disappointing but what is more disappointing is that reason for refusing!

You state that you spend up to £1,731 per month on living costs. You state that you will pay the costs of your visit and you will spend £1,350 on your proposed trip to the UK. As evidence of your financial circumstances and of the funds you have available to you, you have provided a bank statement in your name from **** Bank. However, I note that there are several monthly withdrawals which are higher than what you state you spend. I am therefore not satisfied that you have provided an accurate reflection of your true outgoings and personal/financial circumstances.


Like seriously! what a desperate reason to refuse my visa! I clearly stated in the comment that I do not spend exact amount every month! and that is what AVERAGE means!


what is more funny! I contacted UKVI (pain email) yesterday and they said your visa awaiting a decision! while yesterday I received an email after few hours that my visa is refused! What The !!!!

Really disappointing!


Any advice what is the best thing to do!!

Even if you are Getting the VISA via a link in Presidency and Foreign Affairs, You would still do BIOMETRICS and at POE

Whoever is telling you this C and B is either Planning you OLUWOLE go and Google that!!

Mwhile, why are u scared of BIOMETRICS? Dyu have a criminal Record any where?

the immigration won't let you in without proper documentation from your home country which includes your purpose, data. Even if you navigate it enough to fly, you will be sent back. You can't bypass it as a Nigerian citizen.

You need to submit updated documents. 27/July/2022 bank statement will not fly because they will think you no longer have the money available.

After all struggles and bugles. My passport finally came with a refuse letter because of CAC only. When I submitted my CAC info was active. But I have right to reapply immediately. This is to inform the gurus and experience members in the house. You are really doing real job. Kudos to you. I will be reapplying back next months. The reasons was at the attached documents

You need to iron out the bugs that stick out and plan your inflow and outflow. It's not about how many months you submit. It's about tailoring your spending to make it look like you have something to come back to eventually

Don't apply again until you have six complete months of inflow and outflow that reflects what you intend putting in your visa application.

I don’t think you can get UK visa from Nigeria without biometrics unless the visa is from Oluwole.

Biometric; 3rd of Aug
On 23rd Aug additional information was requested
On 24th Aug i sent additional info to provided email from embassy
On 22 September, received am email saying "Application was refused, because i did not submit additional document as requested"
I submitted all requested document, what should I do, as am suppose to resume next week. This is an error on the part of the embassy, a review might take 3months, and dnt want to take that route!
Anyone had or heard of someone with a similar situation?

you fill the student partner dependent form, pay ur visa fee, pay ur ihs fee, have your proof of funds, your partner’s brp or visa no and then provide documents showing genuine relationship

You have to provide details of where are you going to stay for the short visit.

Don't you think the ECO can use that to reject your application?

Please submit Administrative Review if you are not inna hurry. Else reapply. If you are going for administrative review, be specific with time and dates which you were sent a request and the moment you responded including the document you sent to them, they will check their database and see where there's a mistake. This could take up to 6months wait period. Else Reapply.
