Congratulations sir, very solid name and I have a similar name I bought from namepros aftermarket in 2019, though my price is a bit high, but am holding on to it. Even when I was about purchasing mine,the seller(a renowned seller) showed me an offer of 5kusd which he initially refused, from uni registry broker. Lol that one come make me rush the domain from the guy. Am still holding on to it and renewing because I hope to close on a higher price than that 5k usd. I don even forget how much I buy the name.

Exactly. I agree. I set a Geo name for 500 and did all outbound possible but got nothing even from those using the exact name tag. And this is a top city name plus Homes/Condos/RealEstate dot com.

It was supposed to be an easy $1k sale. Now after two months and a final outbound I've increased the price to $5k with $1k as minimum offer. I'm ready to wait it out for as long as possible.

It's all about interest, if they really want it, like you said, an extra 200 won't stop them. In fact, buyers will make offer/buy based on your min/price. For more than 90 percent of the Geo's I bought this year, I've set the minimum as 200 and it has helped with better sales.

I would have said go start from page 1 but till you reply this question.

When picking a name from E.D especially Geo
You look at the name and ask yourself if you are a business owner would you get it?
Then check the variant, a variant in use gives you confidence, check the way back if it was used meaningfully before, then check the enduser on Gmap make sure it’s more than 4pages for new bie even make sure it’s more than 7(check through the gmap so that you are sure it quality leads)
