Court case drags for too long

Try conflict resolution and get an undertaking written letter to the effect. Just a step but not as effective as a court judgement.

There is a conflict resolution unit at every local government building. Before then, you could try sorting it out with your tenant one-on-one

If you're actually in Lagos.... Tell ur lawyer to withdraw the case, then find us come, we go file a fresh motion on the matter. I promise you, whether the plaintiff get a counsel or not, you will get judgement with a vr short period of 2-3months highest.

Once we get the CTC, sheriff will throw him out immediately.
My Good Sir, are you certain about this time frame of 2-3 months to get judgement against a defaulting tennant considering the age long notion of slow nigeriam justice system?
