Driving in one way is bad but each case should be judged by law courts, there are instances where the driver will require mental evaluation, car siezed, driver jailed etc.


but don't come out with weird ass laws, events are different and each must be looked at differently.
should u be caught on one way and no other significant event associated, a fine not exceeding minimum wage should suffice. fining ppl above minimum wage is barbaric and cruel

This is sad because the death could easily be avoided. When a driver passes through one way, he's always anxious not to get arrested that's why most drivers speed through there by causing accidents or harm to other road users. A driver has a duty of care to other road users that's something that needs to be taught to everyone driving but sadly we live in a country where most people don't care about others.
