Agenda for what GEJ used his own mouth to say he will do? If he knew he couldn't complete the 2NB within his first term why make such a promise in the first place? It is only in Nigeria that one politician will fund his own election and not even feel it. Most times politicians steal not necessarily because they are thieves but they are trying to recover the money they spent on campaign or they are trying to save money for in case they come out for another position.

You can't expect someone that spent up to 50 billion naira of his own personal money during election not to steal when he eventually gets there.
